If there was a negative score I would use it. My father had a severe stroke 9 years ago and is paralyzed and only able to use his right arm. He is 230lbs+ and needs someone strong to be able to safely and comfortably change him and get him in and out of bed into his wheelchair with a Hoyer lift. My mother is 80 years old and physically unable to assist in caring for my father. In spite of meeting my father in person and my description of his needs, initially the service sent out small women to work with my dad and they were physically unable to do the job. Bo didnt take my concerns seriously and kept insisting that his employees were adequately trained and didnt want to hear from me that it doesnt matter how well trained someone is in using equipment if they arent strong enough to do the job safely and properly. This put my father and the caregivers at risk. Bo also didnt return my call when I had a question about billing, plus they are raising their rates $3 an hour. The final straw came today when I received a call from Bo telling me that they were unable to cover three consecutive shifts over Thanksgiving even though I had provided them with a schedule a month in advance. I dont understand how he could, in good conscience, leave my paralyzed father and 80 year old mother without any assistance for 36 hours.

Everything has been perfect thus far. Pricing, customer service and my parents are very happy with their caregiver. This has taken a big burden off of my hands.
