I had a problem with my sinuses, they solved the problem. Thats what doctors are supposed to do.The office is very clean and the staff are well trained.

I love my new ENT and the staff.ear problems all my life and I think I found a ENT whom is passionate about their job and wanting to help figure out what the ongoing problem is after 42 years and lots of meds and surgerys...thank all of you at ES ENT!

Wow, what a nice office. Very professional and courteous staff. Was unhappy at previous ENT for various reasons so after a lot of research I decided to transfer to this practice. Dr. Norris was so pleasant, took his time to explain in detail and answer questions. My husband is also switching to this practice for his ENT and Audiology needs.

The care provided was sufficient, but there is no reason a one year old child should have to wait an hour to be seen, epescially during COVID when appointments and patients are being spaced out.

My sister had an appointment with Dr Norris. Why is it that she went to an ear nose and throat doctor and he wouldnt touch her and told her not to come back.GOING TO ENT WHILE BEING BLACK. I KNOW OF ANOTHER GOING TO HIM FOR CARE WHILE BEING BLACK that went wrong. Its wrong and needs to STOP. STOPSto

Ive had hearing loss for many years and finally got hearing aids, working with Candace Bell. She has been kind, instructive and patient as Ive navigated adjusting to them and ironing out some issues. Theyve been very cautious yet accessible during this pandemic. I highly recommend this office and the entire staff.
