Asked for a little bit off the top, the lady ended up cutting 2 inches of my hair instead. At one point I told her that I liked how it looked, but she convinced me that it would not look good once my hair was dry. I’ve been going here for 7 years straight with no problems but today was the final straw. Never coming back here again.

They as a rule do a good job here.. I have had only one questionable haircut here in several years of coming here. Always fast and polite employees.

I called on a Saturday early afternoon for an appointment. Thankfully they were able to book us for 4:30pm. I told the lady at the front this was my 6 year olds 1st hair cut. I didnt realize she was the manager at first.( I forgot her name) I want to say its Meg. Sorry! I believe she told me she has been working here for about 18 years!!She was awesome!! She took the time to explain some of my questions and concerns even about my hair. She made my 6 year old feel very comfortable and exited about her new look! She cut at least 6/7 inches if not more. I was asking a few questions about my hair and my daughters hair. She suggested biolage which I love but a little pricey. She then showed me something else for about$12 Paul Mitchell Shampoo Three. We love it! Its working great! Thank you so much for taking care of my 6 year old who was a little nervous. I definitely recommend the Supercuts in Fairhaven. We will be going back in the future.

**EDIT** The general manager went above and beyond to reach out to me after this review, to ask me to come back to get my hair fixed. Very professional. I went in and to get it fixed, it’s beautiful. The stylist did a beautiful job on my hair. I’m very very pleased. I appreciate their professionalism. I went in to get my hair trimmed and layered. Igot maybe a layer, and she butchered the front of my hair so it goes in a straight line and then my longer hair in the back- no blending it in, no shape, it’s literally a straight line and then the longer hair in the back. I wear my hair parted on the side, and either way I blow dry it, it goes straight back to my ear and then just stops, and then my longer hair. I don’t know where Ann learned to cut hair, but I’m going in tomorrow and have it fixed. I even questioned it when I saw it and she chopped some more. It’s terrible. I’ll have to wear it up or wear a hat. I’m absolutely furious. My hair looks like a child cut it. It looked better before I went in. I wish there was an area on here for photos, because I absolutely would put some up. I’m giving it 2 stars because the lady who cut my daughters hair was amazing and neither really tried to push expensive salon products although we bought some. I also tipped her 50%!

I am new to the area and needed a great haircut for a new job. Been to Supercuts at other locations so I wanted to give this one a try. I was greeted with an engaging and attentive stylist who checked me in. The stylist that they employ here seem to work well together maintaining professionalism and keep the storefront very clean. All of these make for me a great location to go to for a haircut. My stylist listens to what I want, works with me to make sure that my wishes as a customer were met, and was able to get me in and out in a timely fashion which was important so I could get on with the rest of my day. I will definitely be coming back here, and suggest that you visit this location as well.

I went for the first time in need of a new place I could get my haircut. Recommended by a few people at Alden here in town, I was very impressed! Not only was the haircut amazing, my hairdresser Meglyn was by far superb! She made me comfortable, very friendly and did a fantastic job! Jen was a great barber she didnt go to short but kept asking if it needed to go shorter. That shows a good barber. Also their was a 5 minute wait which wasnt bad at all. Overall great barbers and great people

Asked for a bald fade with 2 on top. Got a buzz cut even all around. Worst barber shop I have ever been to. Incompetent staff. The terrible buzz cut no one ever wanted took 5 minutes. Thanks for the effort trash shop. Hope you go out of business

First time in years my son was able to get a mohawk that went all the way back! Most places weve been no one knew how without it looking wrong, the woman here knew exactly what she was doing! And she made sure I was ok with whatever my son wanted (hes 9) I left with 1 extremely happy kid! Well definitely be back!

A high quality haircut. Only 3 stars as prices went up recently and I no longer find it as good of a value. Local hair salons welcome walk-ins too and charge less for a mens cut but the hot towel here keeps me coming back.

Love coming here for haircuts! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and answer all of my silly questions. No other barber or hair salon seems to get my fade right like they do here. I can definitely recommend them to any men looking to get their hair cut (cant speak for the ladies haha), they seem to really know what theyre doing at this location.

I cant even call the person that hacked my hair, a hair stylist! She was the worst and I cant stand it that I sat in her chair even though my gut was screaming no! All she did was complain about her boss and hack up my hair it was uneven beyond belief! I did call the manager on the next business day and told her everything that went on including bad-mouthing her in front of me
