Every single time I’ve tried to use express scripts they’ve failed in one way or another. Currently, they’ve sat on my prescription for 5 days for some unknown reason for a prescription I’m about to run out of. This is a medication which should not be stopped abruptly due to withdraw effects. I can drive 2 miles to a number of pharmacies and get a script filled in just a few minutes, but for some reason it takes weeks with express scripts. Do not trust your health to this company.

If you are trying to refill a lifesaving/critical medication and/or cant skip a dose, please dont use this company for your own heath. Plan for a significant gap between when the prescription can be ordered and when it will actually arrive. Emergency breathing medication due for refill on July 19th, now slated for the 28th. Hard to breathe and were under an air quality alert.Two ExpressScripts representative hung up on me before I was able to speak with a rep that would look into my order status. The 3rd rep was sincerely attempting to assist with my prescription delay due to their carrier, but was unable to help since the order had already processed on the 19th. Their suggestion was to speak with a local pharmacy, but I would not be able to use insurance since an order was pending with with them...super expensive and beyond the average financial capability. Do you want to be in this situation? Id rather pay a little more for reliability

Express Scripts somehow received (and violated HIPPA laws) by obtaining a copy of one of my prescription medications as well as my pharmacy and store number and sent this information to me in a letter via USPS. Since they already had my information I decided to give them a try. However, when attempting to refill a medication, they attempted to change the 30 prescription of a controlled substance to a 90 prescription without my (or my doctors) knowledge, resulting in a delay of receiving my medication resulting in my running out of a medication which should never be stopped abruptly do to potentially life-threatening withdrawal symptoms. After 1.5 hours on the phone and 4 different people, they finally decided to dispense the prescription as originally written, but would not commit to overnighting the prescription, resulting in a situation of abrupt withdrawal and its associated side effects. Ive filed a review and complaint with the BBB as well as contacted my organizations integrity helpline regarding the HIPPA violation.

Told something different by every single person we talk to. Every single month we are told something different regarding the same medication for the same person. It’s a joke. Awful customer service. No one knows the answer to anything. Pretty sure they make up stuff up as they go. No one ever tells us the correct information. I highly suggest running far away from this company if you can!

Accredo Express Scripts is a AWFUL pharmacy. They will lie to you left, and right.They do not send your medicine (s) when they are supposed to, EVER.This is the 4th time theyve done this to me, this particular time it has been over a month they have not sent me my medication. INEXCUSABLE!!! 😡🤬 Thank God its not a medicine that I need pronto to save my life etc... They care Nothjng about the client. Not sure why they are in business. They cant do their job apparently. Court action coming soon. Hopefully those of you who have experienced the horribleness at accredo express scripts will join in on the.court case.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a company that gives no value to their customers, do not provide enough information when customers needs it most and also do not cooperate with them at all. I would never recommend this to anyone, infact would recommend people to stay away from Express-Scripts as far as possible, as you may end up paying double or even triple out-of-pocket in some cases, if you engage with them. Pathetic Service, Zero Professionalism.

This is one pharmacy that doesn’t accept discount cards with insurance and charges for expedited orders and will not put a order unless it’s paid up front. Tried to get my medicine with partial payment and setup autopay directly from my account for the rest of what I owed and they refused to accept my partial payment of $80 and the following payment of $80. Only reason I will use them is because I’m waiting on my employers insurance to go with my husbands insurance.

Negative 100 stars. This is by far the worst medicine delivery company in the world. Avoid at all costs.Call me to tell me my address needs verified... (the one that I set up on the account last week while I waited forever to talk to someone, in fact multiple people ( who gave me different medicine costs))So I call back and they cant even hear a number or understand what I key in on their terrible automated system, so they send me to another call for a Representative. HERES THE BEST PART!!!! After a ten minute wait, the automated system essentially says, That line is busy, better call back before the 9th if you want to get your medicine and gives a different number before hanging up on me.I call the other number and wait forever again and again while coming closer to losing my job because its taking away from work hours.I need this to live, thanks for delaying the process and ultimately make me ration insulin when you undoubtedly fail to even answer a phone, or JUST DELIVER THE MEDICINE WHERE I ASKED WHEN I ORDERED IT.

I live 25 minutes from their distribution center in Fairfield, Ohio. Why does it takea week for my medication to arrive?UPDATE. My employer is switching to abother provider because of the poor customer service provided by express Scripts. Good luck to their employees. Keep your resume up to date.

Express Scripts has the worst customer service. I gave them a one because their is not a zero there. They shipped me 125.00 worth of test strips that i did not order, and charged them to my credit card that I used for an earlier refill without my authorization. They were not on auto ship, i am not longer using this machine, and cannot return them. I was told a supervisor would call me back about charging to my card without authorization, and that was two weeks ago. I was told they could not fill another prescription that they have been filling for 3 years because it required prior authorization from my insurance company. I went to see a specialist on Friday, loosing a day of work and 40.00 copay to find another alternative, and the meds they said they could not fill arrived at my door in a generic form, not my prescribed meds. Why not tell me they could do they generic instead, let me check with my doctor before taking off a day at work? Am using them because this is required by my insurance, since i cannot talk to anybody there, need to file a complaint with my insurance company, or find another insurance carrier.

Terrible customer service. THREE times I waited 10 days to receive the wrong documents from them that would allow me to re-file with my new insurance company. I was told by my old insurer that most Pharmacies would have reimbursed the wrong insurance company billed and then submitted to the correct one. Instead, they just kept the money and put it all on their customer to collect from the right insurance company. Thanks for doing the bare minimum and sending me documents that were unusable over and over again. This nightmare is still going on. I hope you go out of business.Add photos

Company is never consistent. Fires an employee for a violation one day, warns another employee for same violation the next.Singles out and harasses employees for a week with threats before acting, instead of being professional.Worst company ever.

Poor customer service is an understatement. These people mailed my prescription to the wrong address. After calling customer service, they keep me on the phone for over an hour only to tell me that they can’t help me. If anyway possible I will never use this company again.
