They did my sleeve on 11/06/2019 since Ive lost 136 lbs. They are very supportive, helping you every step of the way and doing a great job and preparing you for the changes.

I WENT TO THE WEIGHT LOSS SEMINAR AND THE STAFF SEEMED VERY CARING. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO CONTACT MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM. THE FIRST TIME I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY I NEEDED A CODE. I CALLED THE WEIGHT LOSS CENTER ASKED FOR A CODE WHICH THE FIRST CODE GIVEN TO ME WAS THE WRONG CODE. I CALLED THE WEIGHT LOSS CENTER AGAIN TOLD STEPHANIE I WAS GETTING DISCOURAGED DUE TO HAVING TO KEEP CALLING MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND GETTING NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED. AT THIS POINT STEPHANIE HAD NO PROBLEM WANTING TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP ME. ONCE I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR I WAS PUT ON HOLD AT WHICH TIME STEPHANIE CAME BACK TO THE PHONE WITH ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED. AT THIS POINT I FEEL I WANT GET THE GOOD CARE THEY CLAIM TO GIVE DUE TO HAVING TO KEEP CALLING BACK FOR A CODE AND HAVING TO ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR IN ORDER TO GET THE SERVICE YOU NEED. BY THE WAY I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE SUPERVISORS VOICEMAIL WHICH I HAVENT GOTTEN A CALL BACK AS OF YET VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

Some of the ladies that deal with the phone have real attitudes when they talk to you. Yes, things may happen but dont be rude when im trying to explain. Other than this small bump in the road I love the nurses and the doctors.

I came in during the transitions of doctors. Was little uneasy at how they handle that however, at the end everything turned out great. I certainly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience, throughout my pre surgical appointments as well as my gastric sleeve surgery. Id recommend them to anyone.
