I have been with Dr. Brammer a little over a year now and highly recommend her to everyone. She has been extremely instrumental and encouraging in my change for a healthier lifestyle. She has been monitoring me every month on my weight loss journey and very supportive. I can not thank her enough!!

Dr. Brammer has always gone above and beyond for our family. She has always been very honest with me and heard my concerns. She is absolutely amazing and has a great bead side manner. I would refer anyone to see her.

Dr. Brammer is a wonderful doctor. I wouldnt go to any other PCP. She does not baby you. If you are easily offended and/or dont like to hear the TRUTH, or you need the mommy type bedside manner, then she is not for you. She listens but gets straight to the point, and yes she may be firm with you if you dont listen or take care of yourself.... so do what she says. I see a lot of reviews on here that complain about her bedside manner. Some great doctors dont have the time or patience to coddle you. Be respectful and honest with her and you would never have an issue. Her staff is wonderful and prompt.

I just had my physical with Dr. Brammer. I feel so fortunate to have such an awesome doctor. Shes honest, takes time & genuine interest in you and is just so easy to be with. I highly recommend her as a general practitioner!

My experience was okay, but not particularly great. Dr. Brammers bedside manner does need a lot of work. I went for a physical, but the only thing the doc did was get my patient history. I feel like we could have done significantly more.

Asked the receptionist over the phone about insurance and if they take payment and she yelled, We dont take cash cause thats illegal! and hung up. I know some doctors do, so I called back and Dr. Brammer answered the phone. She wasnt friendly, but angry sounding and short with me, repeating what the receptionist said. I told her, one of her patients gave me her name andI know doctors take cash, hoping shed get her head together and explain. Her tone was annoyed that she had to explain how things work. This call made me realize she isnt a good doctor because they dont have fly off the handle how dare you ask me a question attitudes. Any doctor that gets angry when you ask them a question has something wrong with them. Good doctors explain things to their patients to help them understand their care and to avoid problems. Now I understand why she has poor ratings.

Dr. Brammer has always taken the time to talk to me and treat me like a person. She listens and is straight and to the point in her treatment. Ive never felt rushed, belittled, or ignored by her. She is a perfect doctor for me and my family.

Terrible doctor. I used to see her at the West Haven Practice and then when I moved to New Haven followed her to the East Haven location. She used to give me Ciprofloxacin every time I had a UTI which was frequent unfortunately. Apparently, according to my new doctor is extreme malpractice as this is a very strong antibiotic to which who knows how long my system will take to recover. She also used to have extremely long wait times in her office and would patronize me and call me OCD. By the way, I do not have OCD. My favorite shenanigan was when she would talk about her old colleagues unprofessionally and all the drama that ensued in her old location. This is not the type of business I am accustomed to with other professionals. I do not like to pay for my doctor to give me the gossip about my old providers. Very unprofessional, patronizing and downright rude.

Have used this doctor three times now and each time I was met with a rude condescending attitude and complete lack of bedside manner. Did not even care to examine me the last time I went. What a horrible experience. Needs some lessons in compassion and patient care.

Dr.Brammer is amazing. Ive never had anyone take such better care of me. Yes, she does have sometimes long wait times in the office. 1. She is by herself in the practice and 2. She takes the time to help, listen, and care for you throughly. So its well worth it to wait! Theresa and Brenda are amazing nurses and treat me and my kids like family. Dr.Brammer has figured out things that were wrong with me that other doctors didnt pick up on. Shes incredibly smart and once you get used to her no nonsense and no excuses attitude, you realize that shes giving you the best advice and care out there. I would never choose anyone other than her, Im lucky someone referred me to her, and Ill recommend her a thousand times to anyone!!

Worst bedside manner in the world. The way she talks to her patients as though they are stupid. I just paid a Co pay for her not to even look at me. Changing drs.

This doctor is amazing!!! I had this doctor since 2004/05..truthful,honest,and will evaluate u as a person not as a subject..she reads ur charts not brief it as most doctors do..

I like Dr. Brammer. I appreciate her professionalism and candor. I trust her judgement and would recommended her to anyone looking for a good doctor. She cares about your health and is more than willing to go the extra mile to help . She has been my doctor for years. I have gone to her no matter where she was located. There are doctors that will say anything just to get your money but not doctor Brammer. She is honest, truthful and helpful offering advice an suggestions on what you can do to improve your health. She will always have my respect and appreciation. Thanks to her care I feel fantastic. She is my doctor for life. If you are looking for a good doctor with a big heart then go see Dr. Robin Brammer and judge for yourself. She is Great!!

If you are thinking about Dr. Brammer, please reconsider. Besides the hour plus wait to be seen, she was cold, rushed and arrogant. Happy I got to pay my co-pay before she asked me to leave without even looking at me or asking about what was wrong.

Worst Dr by far!! I drove 30 min to her office because a friend referred her, and she said she didnt want to take me on as a patient. She spoke to me in such a belittling and condescending voice, as if I was a child and needed redirecting. Payed my co-payment and she didnt even take a look at me. I was VERY disappointed! If you are planning to go to her please find another dr. I wish I could give her a no star; but I cant, so this will do.

Dr. Brammer is the Best !! I will never go to anyone else.

She is great doctor and tells you like it is. She kind, thoughtful, caring and provides First Class Healthcare services despite the mess created by Obamacare!

Do not go there they are completely rude and disrespectful the nurses up front do not have respect for new patients !
