Constantly rude staff that incorrectly schedules appointments and then blames the patient. There are one or two nice staff and doctors, but most are unprofessional and really shouldnt work in customer service. I have missed several days at work from their mistakes and they were unapologetic, rude, and hostile at times. They acted as if I was the unreasonable one when I finally reflected their nasty attitude back to them.

I certainly would not recommend Dr Cochran or the emergency room staff here. Nothing I said was taken into consideration and was looked past being an advocate for someone who was not able to advocate for themselves.

I always receive good help at the walk-in clinic. Sarah Brecount really takes her time to be sure shes helping her patients specific needs. Shes kind, non-judgemental and thorough.

Dr. Griener is one of the best family practice doctors that I have ever gone to. He understands my medical conditions and treats me with dignity and respect. In the rare times that hes been unavailable, other practioners that I have been seen by in the office have been knowledgeable and helpful.

Arrogance & Ignorance are on the Menu at this Duck-House! The Doctors & Staff seem to deem your concerns as if you were a Deaf, Dumb, Blind Cretin who should feel lucky to be there!! I would feel safer going to a Veterinarian Clinic!

The staff is always friendly and the doctors actually listen to you.
