Dr. McBean was kind, professional and careful listener. You can tell that he really cares unlike other dermatologists in the area. He spent a generous amount of time reviewing my condition and answering my questions. Recommend him highly!

My family and I have seen Dr. McBean over the years but when I recently read some of these reviews, I questioned their validity. Today I went to see him and he is still, in my opinion, one of the nicest doctors and was extremely pleasant and personable. I am not sure why people are saying he doesnt have a good bedside manner. Perhaps we should all remember that doctors are people too and if we treat someone with respect, we will get the same in return. Thank you, Dr. McBean!

Dr. McBean is AMAZING! He listens and doesnt try to talk over you like some Drs. do. I had taken my son to his PCP, another Dermatologist and Urgent care for an awful rash he had on both arms. Someone told me about Dr. McBean so I took my son and he carefully reviewed the meds and told me that one was working against the other, etc. He gave me instructions and within a week my sons arms were completely clear with no trace of anything. I highly recommend him!

One of the worst doctor I have ever seen. He has no idea what he was doing: one time he gave me prescriptions. The next time he took it back and also took back the words he told me. My family doctor is even more knowledgeable than him.

Dr Mcbean was excellent. He answered all of my questions and I was very confident in his ability.

I went to Dr. McBean for Botox to reduce the appearance of wrinkles on my forehead. Not only did I see little result, but also Dr. McBean recommended supplementing with a more invasive and expensive additional procedure (fillers). He suggested fillers for both my forehead.. and the lines around my mouth that I hadn’t asked about, and didn’t even notice until he pointed them out.I have since seen a doctor at a different practice who disagreed with Dr. McBean’s professional opinion. My new doctor suggested a more measured and conservative approach, taking into consideration my age (36) and cosmetic goals. He administered Botox with far better results, and without trying to upsell me an expensive procedure I didn’t need the way Dr. McBean had.
