Dr. Narendran is really good at addressing the concerns and always positive on her approach. We felt very comfortable. My wife delivered baby successfully under her guidance. She cared very well and highly recommend to others.

Dr. Narendran has been such a blessing to me and my family. She has helped me through many losses while remaining kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She also guided me through my successful pregnancy. She is such a wonderful woman and doctor. I honestly cannot recommend her enough!

Dr Narendran delivered my son by csection in July 2013 and she did an awesome job. She had music on and everyone was laughing. She made it such a calm experience and Im so thankful for that because going through any surgery can be stressful. I highly recommend her. Yes, she got onto me about gaining too much weight during pregnancy but honestly if your doctor doesnt bring that up I feel like you arent actually cared about.

Ignorant and rude. First visit with her she pretty much insisted and forced me to get a flu shot while disregarding my concerns and questions.. I told her considering I was in my last trimester Id heard lots of conflicting views on the safety of getting one. She flat out told me anything Ive heard is wrong I need the flu shot and scolded me to the point I felt if I didnt I should be ashamed of myself and pretty much made the decision for me and had a nurse come in right away while I was naked to give me the flu shot with no warning at all. Then my next visit with her she completely just forgot to mention the fact that something serious was seen on my ultrasound and I didnt find out until a couple weeks after from a different Dr. who made excuses for her saying oh she probably just forgot when that isnt something you can just forget to tell someone!! That Dr had me scheduled for high risk Ultrasound ASAP which needed to be done when I had the appointment with Dr. Narendran but she forgot. Then Narendran scolded me about my weight gain, I have always been very healthy and have been small my whole pregnancy and didnt start gaining any weight until the end of my 2nd trimester but she literally told me youve been extra hungry huh, maybe start skipping the bread you might end up being 190 lbs by the time you deliver you dont want that do you? no She was extremely rude and I am not a short person lol Ive been small my whole pregnancy without a single stretch mark or anything and Im currently 8 months pregnant going on 9. Other Drs have told me Im doing just fine and I was told in my 2nd trimester I wasnt gaining enough weight. I eat very healthy and dont even eat bread much so for her to assume I eat unhealthy and too much was extremely rude. I cant judge her as a whole but if youre pregnant, I DO NOT recommend her what-so-ever. See another Dr if you can because she is VERY ignorant when it comes to pregnancy thats for sure. I wouldnt trust a single thing she says.

If I could have sued I would have! There was definitely neglect but told it is too hard to prove on paper. Let me begin my story. On February 9th 2017 I had an appointment in the clinic. DR. NARENDRAN saw me. She was shot tempered, rude, and nasty with me. I was 23 weeks along. She grilled me about my first ultra sound then proceeded to accuse me of going to a termination facility to get it. I told her it wasnt and she arrogantly argued with me. She said she knew the place and it was a termination facility. I abhor abortion so I made damn sure that wasnt the case. Then she was hateful to me about my weight. Im fully aware Im not thin. She chastised me like a child and told me I want you to gain 0 lbs. Until you deliver. while making a 0 with her fingers. I left the office and sat in my car and cried at the way I was treated. Later that evening I had pressure in my abdomen followed by some light pink discharge. This obviously sacred me. I went driving to mercy fairfield and went in through the er with my concern. They told me walk on up to the L&D unit. Yes, someone who is concerned about preterm labor they told to go ahead and walk alone to the L&D UNIT. nice. When I got up there I was met with a bunch of faces looking at me like I was an idiot. I explained what was going on and was begrudgingly escorted back to an exam room. Then I was told repeatedly that I shouldnt just show up, I need to call first because they can probably tell me to stay home. Also told more than one time if my water didnt break and I wasnt gushing blood that I was probably fine... when Dr. Bonar saw me she basically did a UA and a vaginal exam and sent me packing. No TOCO monitor. Nothing. Told me there was sugar in my urine and to get the glucose testing done asap.... never mind the fact I didnt have sugar 12 hours earlier... I feel like that was a red flag that got ignored. The next day I called back on the phone as they requested because I had increasing back pain. I was blown off. Again. Told to drink gatorade and put my feet up. This didnt do much. I did as I was told... theyre doctors after all and my water didnt break and I wasnt gushing blood. Surely they know what theyre doing right? Saturday comes. By mid morning Im in excruciating pain feeling like Im having contractions 2 to 4 minutest apart. I drove myself to mercy, expecting to go in. I did as I was told before AGAIN and called. It was Dr. NARENDRAN... I explained to her everything that happened from Thursday to that point and told her I was in pain 10/10 and feeling like I was having contractions every 2 to 4 minutes. Her response? I dont have any pain pills I can give you for that! Go sit in a hot bath and relax and if you still feel bad on Tuesday call the office for an appointment. At that point I took myself to UC hospital. I was admitted within 15 minutes of getting there in full active labor dilated 2 or 3 cm.... my baby was born, lived for 12 hours and died. I did not get the medications to slow labor in time or the steroids that would have boosted my daughters lungs. I was robbed of the knowledge that everything that could have been done was. Well never know if it would have helped because I wasnt treated in time. I place the blame squarely on their shoulders.DO NOT trust these people with your care. They dont care at all and are poor excuses for medical professionals. Rude nasty and incompetent. UC informed me that this wasnt the first time they had patients come to them from this hospital with similar situations.
