This is the best dentist experience I have had in my entire life. The staff are very professional and friendly. They really take care of you and are clear discussing your best interests. Dr. Yoon was so sweet and answered all my questions before my surgery. I got cleanings and a removal of my wisdom tooth’s surgery. Everything went smooth, I healed beautifully. I was apprehensive on my first visit, for no particular reason, Im a skeptic, I was overall happy with my first and second experience with Dr. YOONS services. The cleaning was ok. The hygienist was reserved and cleanings at my old dentist seemed to be extra thorough. This was ok. DR. YOON was great. I explained the reason for visit. A static healthcare situation. She worked with me and assured me everything would be fine. I appreciated the personal touch. The second appointment for 2 old failed, filling replacement and a temp crown was without much pain and speedy. I appreciate respecting my time. One more appointment and Im done.

I had an emergency root canal that needed to be done. Dr. Yoon ageed to take me the next morning, and did a fantastic job on the tooth. It was painless experience during which she explained everything that needed to be done.Right now I have a temporary crown on my tooth and Im coming for permanent one in a couple weeks.

My first experience in Dr. Sunni Yoon office was great. I loved how the office was newly renovated very clean and pleasant. I loved how all the equipment was up to date and advance. It was hard for me to transition from my old dentist in Sacramento which I absolutely loved but I just didnt have the time to commute back and forth out there. Im so excited that I was able to find an new dental office that has high standards and accommodating to my needs. I even referred my sister.My hygienist was excellent she performed my x-rays and cleaning. What I really liked about her was that she was able to perform the procedure and at the same time talk to me about what she was doing, what the instruments that she was using were for and just keeping up with proper oral hygiene. I hate hearing the sound of the drills and metal scraping against my teeth so her voice calmed me down a bit. Im going back for a deep cleaning so I will bring my headphones for the second session!

Ive been going to see Dr. Yoon for 12 years now. She knows how to soften the scary dentist experience.. and trust me, Im not a fan of dentistry. The staff listens and makes sure you are comfy. Now for over a decade my whole family has been seeing Dr. Yoon, including my adult children and my mom! Dr. Yoon and all of her staff are amazingly thorough, kind, and on the cutting edge of dental care. I would never go anywhere else and would (and do) recommend her services enthusiastically!!!

I have had two teeth cleanings, three wisdom teeth extracted, and a few fillings. The atmosphere was professional and pleasant during each of my four visits. Dr. Yoon does an excellent job of explaining problems and treatments. I had a good experience with both Rebecca and Annie during each of my bi-annual cleanings.

I love this place! Its been newly renovated, and its quite beautiful and a very comfortable atmosphere! The receptionists and hygienists are the best! They are so friendly, informative, and professional. Dr. Sunni Yoon is the best dentist Ive ever been to. She is skilled at her craft as a dentist and explains everything to you. Ive been going here for over 12 years and have sinced moved out of the area, but I still keep her as my dentist because shes the best one and knows my dental history. My parents and I learned about her 12 years ago, and they keep going as well as my sister whos also moved out of the area. I highly recommend Gentle Touch Dentistry and Dr. Sunni Yoon.

Ive been going to Dr. Yoon for about 4 years now and she and her staff are great. I originally went to Dr. Yoon because of a recommendation from a friend that was a patient of hers. I was having some pain in a tooth and my dentist said I would probably need an implant, maybe 2, $$$$$$$ I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and she said I had an exposed nerve or something. She put a small cap on it and I was out of the office in no time, pain free and it only cost a couple hundred. I go now for check ups and cleaning and I will continue to go to her and recommend her office and staff to friends and family.

So there i was searching high and low for a place to get my crown fixed and other sweet work needed as a result from my lavish lifestyle of late night snacking on gummy worms and reeses pieces, not worth it. Im not sure if I stumbled on Dr. Yoons office driving by on the way to the Mall with a car full of kids while trying to distract them by playing I spy with my little eye or if it was the awesome Google reviews that led me here. Upon entry of the amazing clean environment Im blinded with the whitest smiles I nearly had put my sunglasses back on just to see. The staff and Dr. Yoon are super friendly and made me feel calm and comfortable. I explained my previous negative past experiences at other places and because of that Ive hated going to any dentist but Dr. Yoon made me feel reassured and explained everything with sincerity and knowledge. I was like ok whats the catch to all this sincerity and friendliness, no catch just earning my trust and building a good relationship with her patients. Ive since have had more work done as well as my wife and this the only place Ive legitimately have felt like I was in good hands and know that the work done is professional and precise the first time unlike other dentist around town. I highly recommended her to friends and family. I cant say enough about how awesome Dr. Yoon and her staff are. You guys rock!!!

My mother was looking for a new dentist in the area so I took her to see my dentist, Dr. Yoon. Mom kept putting off her root canal because she was afraid of the pain. Dr. Yoon explained the procedure to us and she reassured my mom that she would not feel pain during the procedure. It all went smoothly and mom was relieved that her pain was minimal afterward. I really appreciate that Dr Yoon and her staff were sensitive and they took good care of my mother.
