Love Ross Dental! It took me a long time to find a dentist office I liked & was comfortable with. Everyone there is so friendly & Im not scared to go to the dentist anymore! Great place, great people!

Everyone is extremely professional, thorough and caring. They have state of the art equipment that is gentle and extremely efficient.Thank you, Courtney, for being the best hygienist ever! You make my visit so pleasant that I actually enjoy it. Who says that about a dentist visit?! Plus, my teeth get the best cleaning and care. Thank you, Dr. Moeller, for your kindness, concern, easily understood explanations of my options, and for listening.

Dr French is very thorough and his dental hygienists do a terrific job cleaning my teeth! His office staff is kind and they make you feel like family.

Very clean office and super nice staff. I’ve been going here for years now and they are always good about getting me in on time and making my 6 month cleaning appointments. They fit me in for a chipped tooth and got me taken care of very quickly. I was looking for a good dentist that wasn’t a chain that just put through as quickly as possible and move on to the next patient, someone to replace the great dentist I had before he retired and I have found it with these guys.

Ross Dental Group is awesome. Amy answered the phone to schedule me & her attention to detail was fantastic. I had to call back to provide additional insurance information & spoke to Valarie who was also pleasant. I arrived for my appointment & they got me back quickly. I saw Jade & she did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr French is a kind & caring doctor with a fun sense of humor too. This place genuinely seems like the employees have fun going to work each day & like their jobs & their employer. The office has no stairs so entry is easy for those that can’t do stairs. Parking is close to the front entrance & isn’t overly crowded so there isn’t a lot of walking. The office is located right off the exit behind Gold Star Chili so its easy to find. The interior of the office is decorated in bright colors that are welcoming. All around fantastic experience with this office! I read a few reviews where people honestly sounded like they just didn’t want to keep their appointments, pay their bills or expected their dentistry to last forever. Things just don’t work that way. I’m sure if the office was able to respond & tell you what really happened with those situations, they would but they’ve taken the high road. That said, there were enough really good reviews on here that I could tell that those people were simply the complainers that leave those kinds of reviews often everywhere they go that I ignored those & I’m glad I did. This is a wonderful office. 10 out of 10 recommended!!!

My sister referred me to Ross Dental Group as I just made a move and was looking for a good dentist in town. They made me feel right at home and took very good care of me! I had a cleaning, a filling and some new glue put on my permanent retainers. Everyone was very nice and did their best to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. I will be back!

I’ve been going to Ross Dental Group for the last 5-6 years. They have always treated me kindly & I like that they explain everything they’re doing, as they do it. They called me the next day to see how I was doing after I had several fillings. The admin team worked hard to get me the day & time that I needed & they did an estimate on what my insurance would pay, which is good because I like to plan financially for things. Overall, a great experience.

I have to say how impressed I was with Ross Dental. They were friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable in every way. Their equipment is definitely high tech. They were able to accomplish in a couple hours what my former dentist took weeks to do. My comfort was a priority to them. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Ive been a patient at Ross Dental Group for years! They have always taken care of my needs (I love Jill and Lisa!), and have accommodated me when necessary. Ive never felt soaked for money and find that review to be self-serving and untrue. Let me guess . . . you missed an appointment and were charged for the visit? Thats an appointment taken away from another patient who needed it! I missed one appointment, due to a death in the family, and one when I had the flu, and I was never charged. The one time I just failed to show up (okay, I forgot) I was charged, and I felt that was justified. Other than that, their fees for services are in line with ALL OTHER dentists of that caliber. And the service they provide is outstanding! Dr. French is great, the office manager is amazing, and the team is wonderful!

Ross Dental Group is top notch. I have been going there for years & they have taken great care of me. They stand behind the quality of their work. They routinely go above & beyond. My dealings with the office staff, my hygienist, the doctors & assistants have all been pleasant & professional. They provide solid dental care but they are also a business & operate as such- which I appreciate. They are up front about what services you need, why you need the services & what you can expect to spend. They give you options about how to fix your dental problems. I had a failing crown (they don’t last forever) & I was presented with 3 options by Melanie, the office manager. She’s very knowledgeable & kind. Dr French & his team are the best I have ever been to.

They did a crown for me that fell apart after having it less than 5 years. They refused to look at it and stated it is my problem. I asked to speak to higher up and they refused as they chuckled. They will not see me since Military insurance does not cover dental; therefore, they wont be able to charge an insurance for their poor work. They stated maam your problems are not my problem. I have never heard of such bad service in my life. I hope nobody ever gives them their time or money!

Every time I come in for an appointment, I have a smile on my face through the entire visit. Everyone in the office is so welcoming, kind, and patiently answer all of your questions. The office is very clean, and Kelsey and Dr. Moeller always do a wonderful job!

We have been visiting Ross Dental for years. They are the only people our daughters know, and they enjoy going to the dentist because of the friendly staff. The dental hygienists are super sweet, Dr. French is amazing with the girls and a friendly person, and the front desk staff are always friendly when we are in the office and/or over the phone. I always recommend people to make an appointment if they are looking for a new dentist. We have never had a bad experience.

I have been going to this practice for over 20 years and have spent more than $15,000.00 on work done. I went to get my teeth cleaned and was told I have a fee for missing an appointment of $75.00 I told Melanie to please waive it because my husband just passed and I dont even know my name. She said nothing ! Not one word like sorry to hear about your husband or anything. I grabbed my purse and told her I did not like her and started to leave. Dont you know she got up to chase me and was yelling at me to pay my bill in front of the office full of people ! I DONT OWE THEM A DIME !! NEVER HAVE !! I was so embarrassed. Now after all the time and money I have spent with this practice was wasted because I now have to find a new Dentist !! Dont go you are only a dollar sign to this practice !!

Great office. The location is convenient, the office is clean and bright. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. I do not mind going to the dentist knowing that I will receive good dental care.

I have been going there for about 40 years. Dr. Hesse fixed my front adult teeth when they were broken from a boat ladder while I was swimming. It was extremely painful and I remember it like it was yesterday. I also went through an overbite alignment fix w their help. Today Im 46. Still going there. Dr French has done a great job w the transition. The staff is awesome! All of em! The environment is very soothing and conducive to calmness which is super important at the dentist. The front tooth of my partial broke the other evening. I called em mid day on Friday. They had me in immediately and my partial will b ready Monday for pick up and adjustment. My whole family goes there. I have anxiety issues so does my oldest daughter. They r very considerate of that and accommodating. No dentist fears, no worry about anything. They care a lot and it shows every time I c them.

Great staff, nice clean office, professional. Makes going to the Dentist easy and I have been there a number of times with invisaligns. What I like was at the end of my time in the braces, they needed more tweaking and instead of just letting me go as is, a new set of trays were ordered to complete the process. Better attention paid to detail.

Great location with ample parking and a bright and clean office. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, as are the dentists and assistants. My kids and I love Dr. Moeller and the staff at Ross Dental Group.

If anyone needs a dentist office that is reliable definitely check them out not only are they sweet as pie but they fit me in today last minute. I called at 1:00 p.m. today and they said come on in and set my appointment to 2:40 p.m. the lady said if I can come early then try so I got there at 2:10 p.m. and was seriously done by 2:55 p.m. and my tooth is all fixed up 😃 thank you so much!!!!

I called an asked about veneers an instead of answering my question kindly the lady asked for my name which is fine but then went on to tell me what about your back teeth I said what about them? She said wouldnt you want to spend your money on working on getting some before veneers. I actually was calling calling for another person an said let me call ross dental they are very friendly. Big mistake making that call an being on speakerphone. Very disappointed in the way this place has turned out. Withdrew our family from this office an wont be back. This office has replaced kindness with greed since their new location. That is just 1 of a few issues Ive had with them. Double check your bills even if you have insurance. Youll be surprised.

Dr French and Associates are more worried about the $$$ than patient care.
