Absolutely LOVE this clinic! Not only does the staff make you feel a part of the family - they treat you like one too! For several years this clinic has taken care of our entire family and loved ones. I read one review, touch of an angel - I have to agree. I honestly HATE going to the dentist, but I know its required...and Marissa makes it a non-threatening waterboarding experience you can walk away from with a Brite Smile. We highly recommend this clinic for all your family needs.

Brite smiles family dental car is awesome! I had the most pleasant experience at my grandma appointment. The staff is always so friendly and provides great customer service. This is my favorite dental office! My wife, my 2 kids and myself go there and have been for 4+ years. The office has very friendly staff. The work they do to keep my teeth clean and cavities free and whitened is amazing! It’s a welcoming waiting area and the they use all safety measures during this crazy pandemic. In order for me to express my sentiments about Brite Smile you will need to know a little about me. So, here goes...I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I am a huge baby when it comes to pain. My teeth are probably the worse things that I have ever had to have worked on. I have been to dentists that dont care and just start digging away at my teeth and it kills me. I needed to have several teeth repaired and a few root canals. Dr. Ramirez and her staff were and are AMAZING. They were not only very professional, but they were so friendly, patient, and kind to me. Dr. Marissa Ramirez has been our family dentist for well over a decade since my kids were still in school. Shes a caring, considerate dentist that pays attention to details when it comes to her job. Shes accommodating of patients needs specially when time is of essence like my daughter needing dental work as a requirement to travelling to join her husband in the military in Japan. She did the procedure herself to save time which is so considerate of her. She gives follow up care on dental work procedures to ensure success. What I love about her are her gentle hands that does magic to injections which wont scare you out of the dental chair. Shes our one of a kind dentist , I pray she doesnt get old. Thanks also to her assistant Hayde Rizalado for an excellent job. Also for Vicky who always has a sweet smile welcoming patients.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I got a check up because there was a hole in my tooth they ended up giving me a root canal the same day and didn’t feel a thing. Super friendly people they did a great job I didn’t feel no pain I loved it they got straight to what I needed done they didn’t say oh come back this day or this day they got everything done same day definitely sticking with them to be my dentist 5 star customer service 5 star work !!!!!

My husband and I have been to many different dental clinics and I must say Brite Smile is the best of them all! We’ve been their patients for years now and we just keep on coming back! Everyone is so warm, welcoming and professional. Going to the dentist doesn’t feel scary because they make you feel comfortable all throughout your visit. Dr. Ramirez is very competent and knowledgeable in her work. She has very light hands and we didn’t feel any unnecessary pain during our procedures. With regards to Covid, they have precautionary measures in place and they wear full PPE all the time. Good job to the whole team! We highly recommend them!

My husband and I have been with BriteSmile Dental for years and we couldn’t be happier with the care we have been getting from the staff. They are the best! Dra. Ramirez, ate Haydes and Vicky are professional and friendly at the same time. There were staff from the past who we met who were awesome as well. They all wear genuine smiles every time we visit. They are very accommodating especially with rescheduling if we have to move our appointments, because of some circumstances. They don’t just treat you as patients/clients but they also make you feel like family! They build rapport and always make sure we are comfortable during our visits. They listen to your concerns and make sure to address them in a timely manner. We trust them dearly with our dental care.As per their office, the ambiance and setup is very nice. Their waiting area is family-friendly. They have quite a few toys to entertain the little ones and some magazines you can read. It is very sanitary and organized.

Been coming to Dr Ramirez for the past 10years now. The staff is super friendly and Dr.Ramirez is very gentle and caring. My family love coming to Dr.Ramirez, she makes us feel very comfortable and i can only say good things about her and the staff. They are very professional. Dr.Ramirez is best in her craft. In my opinion this dentist office was the worst to go too. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and uneasy dealing with a Dr. in my life. Dr. Ramirez is a cool person but as a dentist she thinks she knows it all and overworks your teeth as well as overcharges. I went in for a Root Canal and pretty much lost a tooth due to negligence. She filled only one canal when I needed two filled. I had to come back every year since I got the root canal to insert the crown back which then lead to a deep rooted infection and unanswered questions. She was also going to take another tooth that didn’t need to get taken out, if I hadn’t gone to a different office, I wouldn’t have the tooth now. Going to this dentist office was by far one of my most regretful experiences i’ve ever had medically. Dr. Ramirez is not as professional as she should be. She’s was very unsure with what she’s doing when working on my teeth. To me she’s a living tooth fairy that will take your teeth and the money that goes with it. Although I do like the receptionist and the dentist assistant Hayde great people. Overall if you love your teeth and want a bright smile this is not a place I would recommend, just before you go in, consider your money and the work you want done for your teeth. Also I would like to point out that “Brite” is spelled wrong.

Please save your self from coming here they are completely unprofessional at this dental office. I am very displeased with how they operate, one of the females who work there literally pranked called my brother and begged him not to tell Dr. Ramirez about it during work hours and it seems like most of the good reviews are from family, friends, and people that work there
