Would not recommend as a counselor for a SJDB voucher. Miss LeBlanc charged the max amount, $600, to fill out paperwork that took less than an hour. Also, you don’t need a counselor to fill it out, you can fill it out on your own. She stated she would be there if I had any issues with the insurance company but never replied to my email.
