Wow! What a blessing it is to have Erika doing this really miraculous procedure. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have suffered a couple of different head/neck traumas in the past, but about a year and a half ago I had broken my collarbone due to a fall which required surgery. Afterwards although my collarbone healed, I had terrible pain in my neck, back, and hips to the point where it was painful to even look downwards or upwards without getting a headache or getting nauseous. I am a very active person so this was incredibly disheartening. My posture was off, my left shoulder was lower than my right, and my right hip was higher than my left. I felt like a complete mess with constant fatigue and brain fog. My friend had told me about Atlasprofilax, and I’m SO glad I tried it!Not only was Erika incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly, but she was so understanding and truly a healer in more ways than one. You could tell she truly just wanted to help me feel better. After the two minute “adjustment” I felt like an entirely new person. I automatically started crying due to an overwhelming feeling of relief!!!! I stood up straight without forcing a posture, my neck, back, and hips felt so much more stable, I had more range of motion, it was like someone woke me up because my brain fog was immediately gone, it was incredible!!! I had lost feeling on my collarbone/shoulder from my surgery, and a couple minutes later I realized I had feeling again!! That really blew me away! Absolutely amazing experience. Erika was so thorough and helpful, she asked many questions before the procedure and had explained what the process would be like. I have had bad posture and trouble with neck pains for years and after this treatment it has been a miracle. I no longer feel these pains and feel a boost in confidence as well with better posture. Pretty sore after the treatment, but Erika was careful in giving instructions and exercises to help aid the healing process after the procedure. She genuinely cares and wants her patients to feel better! And also in addition to all of this she had even given me advice as to how I could improve my work space at home to aid my back and prevent this from happening again! Thank you Erika!

I was in a car accident this summer and had terrible headaches and shoulder pain/ found out it was all because of alignment issues in my neck! Erika did the Atlas procedure and helped my neck pain and subsequent headaches and shoulder pain so much so that I don’t take any pain medication any more! I still have some residual neck issues -mobility and strength , which Erika will help me with by future treatments... What a blessing!!!

Erika is a thoughtful and supportive clinician. I appreciated the time that she took both before and after the treatment to ensure that all my questions were answered and that the benefits would be maintained. For example, she provided an anatomy lesson to help me understand the stress that is put on the cervical spine with a bad posture and provided a personal assessment with feedback on how my desk/chair/keyboard setup at work is adding to my problem. She also took objective measurements that demonstrated the changes in my posture and in my flexibility before/after treatment. I highly recommend Erika as a caring clinician.

I had this treatment about a month ago and have been waiting to see what impact it had. I am so pleased with the results. For the first time in many, many years, I can sleep on my stomach again. I had limited range of motion in my neck due to an injury almost 30 years ago. Now, my range of motion is improved so I can do many of the twists and fish poses in yoga I previously had to skip. I have also seen a notable decrease in the number and frequency of headaches/migraines. I am prone to both and am delighted with this improvement. Erika also gave me some exercises to do to help with my posture and I have seen real improvement there as well. Erika was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, caring and careful. I highly recommend her and the atlas treatment. So worth it!

Erika is very professional and knowledgeable and treated my husband and I with Atlasprofilax. For such a quick treatment it is incredibly effective in loosening the neck area and the entire body. I can now lift my legs higher and easier and my balance is better than before. I notice a real difference in the morning when getting dressed. We both feel more energetic. I had lower back pain and was struggling for the last week to walk or bend. I did the treatment and felt so much better and can bend over and feel no back pain. It is really amazing and in the session i actually gained 20 degrees more of range of motion in turning my head. I am usually pretty skeptical about these type of treatments, but honestly the relief speaks for itself. I feel so much more relaxed in my posture and my head/neck feel lighter on my shoulders. It is amazing and Erika takes a personal interest in you feeling better. It is not about the business to her, but more about giving people the relief they need. She is great.

Had no idea what to expect, somewhat skeptical. A friend suggested I try it for various aches and pain. leg, shoulder and jaw. Nothing major just chronic and annoying. After the treatment I felt an immediate improvement in my posture. The real benefit came over the next few weeks, when I noticed that my various chronic pains all went away. Very happy!!! I have Scoliosis, as well as degenerative disc disease in my neck, effecting two cervical discs. My neck issue has caused me considerable discomfort in my left arm and shoulder for years. Erika was thorough in assessing my condition. She administered her treatment, explaining what she was doing every step of the way. After the treatment she provided additional at-home stretching exercises I could do. The shoulder pain and nerve pain in my left arm has continued to diminish. Im also still doing the stretches Erika demonstrated since they have really helped my range of motion.

I visited Erika several weeks ago for the AtlasproPT treatment. I sought this treatment due to years of recurring neck and shoulder pain. I have previously received cortisone shots (in both shoulders) to alleviate the pain but I do not want to make a habit of getting them in the future. I am pleased to report that the treatment has been very successful. My pain has completely subsided, resulting in more restful sleep, better workouts and, importantly, less Advil. Erika treated me almost a month ago and Ive felt 1. a noticeable difference in my neck mobility and no longer have the tightness I had and 2. my shoulder muscles are much looser. I thought my prior tighness was just attributable to years of biking/triathlons and swimming where I breath on just one side. As an Occupational Therapist, I’ve know Erika professionally for close to 10 years. She has always impressed me as one of the most caring and knowledgeable Physical Therapists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
