Very hard to work and keep up with the meetings and rescheduling. All good employees with positive attitudes and welcoming hearts with no judgements. Compared to Antioch it is heavenly. The staff deserves 5 stars

Came in on a weekend jaime working the front was very helpful and informative and lead me to schedule appointment to get the help i need. security josh? helped me to find building also very different layout.

The Staff is amazing here. Gabby at the front desk is awesome and makes the times I come in feel more welcome. Only one downfall is the new front person is really slow and unorganized which causes a bit of a slow down and frustration for patients coming into dose but other then that she is very nice just needs to be quicker and learn to multi task. Raj is great and has helped with tough situations and getting them fixed. Absolutely love my counselor Misty!! Im very grateful to all the staff for the help and compassion during my sobriety :)

This is a detox center. Opiates running your life? Well shake them shakes, and no longer be forced to make moves in a state of desperation , go dose and be calculated.. Very pretty staff.

I used to come down here with my parents everday, the staff are really nice, and it is a safe place for children.

At First I Was Very Nervous To Take The First Step And Get Into Treatment, Because Of The Severity Of My Addiction. I Have Been Treated With Respect & Dignity Even Through Multiple Slip Ups, The Counselers Remain Understanding And Helpful . I Like How All 3 Of The Counselers That I Have Met With Are Former Recovered Addicts, That Helps Alot More Because They Actually Know The Ins & Outs Of Substance Abuse & Dependence Unlike Many People Who Are Normally Set Up To Work With Recovering Addicts Who Just Read From A 12 Step Pamphlet. Only Bad Thing I Could Think Of Is That Intake Takes About 6 Hours Give Or Take And You Have To Show Up At 5AM Withdrawling.

Started with medmark in vallejo transfered to the one in Fairfield because it was closer the staff is friendly awesome counseling Rick is a great counselor at first I didnt like coming in once a week for a meeting but now I actually look forward to it im starting to taper off and am taking the program as well as my sobriety serious havent once had a bad experience here
