Love Dr. Lee - it’s like a monthly therapy session. Always asks about my kids and remembers things like their surgeries, milestones etc. I also learned more about my daughters CP diagnosis from him than any of her doctors. Moved to WV but still go back to ASAP and pay out of pocket because of the relationship I have with my doctor and the staff. Thank you!

What a wonderful and very polite front desk staff located at the Fairfax, VA location. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and he was great in explaining my condition and what options were available for me. I would highly recommend A.S.A.P. to those dealing with or needing help with any spinal injuries.

Not many places, especially Doctor offices, deserve 5 stars, but the service from Advanced Spine and Pain Care was wonderful. Dr Lee and his staff make sure that you’re comfortable all the while collecting your information so that you get the best possible care.

Advanced Spine and Pain has a very nice friendly office staff to greet you ...rarely will you have to wait long in their comfortable clean waiting room with tv:) Bonus ...you can fill out your paperwork needed for each appointment ahead of time online at their patient portal! The doctors are awesome! They will spend as much time as you need. They aren’t like the seemingly disinterested robot doctors I have unfortunately seen in the past ...they truly care that you are doing well...very personable and understanding:)S.

The doctors and PAs work WITH the patient to come up with the best treatment plan. Its by no means a one size fits all facility. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend ASAP to those suffering with chronic pain.

When your business is centered around helping people in pain you would think the customer service people would be more sensitive. Talked to an extremely rude woman in the call center who could have cared less about talking to me on the phone or even trying to help me. I ended up calling National Spine and Pain Centers, they guy I talked to was AWESOME and he looked around to all locations to find me the next available.

I wish I could make this review about the doctors but I wasn’t able to make it to my appointment. I booked my appointment online which was my first mistake, don’t ever book on their website, then I received an email stating my preferred time and day was moved. I called back the number on email that is a main appointment number not the actual doctor office, I explained I needed another time but none were available. I decided to keep in the morning and take off of work for it.I was then called back from the same woman that looked at appointment further letting me know I had to go to a different Office location to see a surgeon, the only office that could see me was McLean almost an hour from my home. I reluctantly agreed and she told me my appointment and gave me the McLean address which I put into my phone. I continued to get text alerts and an email with original office appointment made. I called back to make sure it was at fixed time and was reassured. Come day off, I left work early to get to appointment early. I drove around for 30 minutes, circling Tyson’s mall looking for Office. I called the number in my text alerts from previous day, after explaining to operator I was frantic to find building and was really lost she informed me it was already at the time of my appointment and I would need to reschedule. I was upset that she seemed annoyed by my call and the amount of time I would have to wait for another appointment. She did not care. She also informed me that they don’t send texts but call the day before an appointment which was weird because I never got any calls. Seeing that she didn’t care and was being rude, I asked to speak to someone else or her supervisor. I had to leave a message with a supervisor voicemail. Have yet to get any call backI write this lengthy review because I think it is ridiculous to have online appointment available if it is not accurate availability for an entire day. Also why is an operator taking calls from patients that has no idea how they contact patients? I worked at Starbucks for 7 years and was able to get enough sympathy out of me to polite to people buying coffee, I think she could do that same for someone waiting a month to find an answer for chronic back pain.DON’T BOOK ONLINE! Also don’t ask to speak to anyone’s supervisor cause that is a lost cause.

After a failed procedure there and hospitalized for three days, the insurance, medicare, denied the claim. Never heard from the doctor again. They still demanded their copay or go to collections. It took over two years to get back my medicare overpayment and medicare denied the claim twice. Never pay them if medicare denies the claim.

If I could put a zero, I would! My husband is a 100% disabled service connected veteran. He has problems remembering things because of his traumatic brain injury (TBI). He forgot his debit card, and I (his wife) was trying to call in to make the co-pay over the phone. Alicia was extremely disrespectful to him. She scolded him in front of a packed waiting room for not having his debit card. He was denied services after he drove 1 hour to his appointment! I will be going to the Stafford location on Monday to speak with Aura, the supervisor. To top it off, he was supposed to be booked for injections, and they booked him for a regular follow-up. My husband will not be returning to this office! There are too many other doctor offices who are more than happy to provide healthcare services. It just amazes me that they would treat a veteran like this. My husband left the office feeling extremely bad. He was embarrassed! This will NEVER happen again!

This was the WORST experience that I had in dealing with a pain management doctor. Dr. Rebecca Oliver refused to provide me with the previous pain medication dosage that I was prescribed after a serious car accident, that is requiring an additional upcoming surgery. She questioned my surgeons treatment and refused to address my concerns about taking an additional medication that she prescribed. I have never treated with pain medication until my car accident; and this woman makes you feel like you are a drug addict when requesting medication that a previous doctor (not to mention a surgeon) believed the best way to treat my condition until my next surgery. I will NEVER go back to this ridiculous practice or recommend anyone I know! Stay away from Advance Spine and Pain!!!!

If I could zero or negative stars I definitely would. Incompetence is a way of doing business at this office. He butchered my wifes stomach on a botched surgery, so instead of dealing with the pain of a messed up spine and 8 back surgeries she is now dealing with the incision pain as well.Downgraded her pain meds multiple times til he kicked her out of his care. Referred her tp another dr, my wife and I have called a total of 5 times and told 5 different things.Stay away, far away
