The staff was superb and I was finally able to get the results of my COVID test after I asked if it were available. The intake person was lighting fast and very friendly; the medical assistant who actually did the work I needed was also amiable, professional, and extremely competent. The clinic is apparently so understaffed that the wait times are interminable. I finally left after getting my test results, unwilling to wait any longer to see a physician. Thanks for listening,

The service from the office nurses was terrible. I was waiting for 4+ for just a simple neck strain and was hoping to get a PT referral. Luckily, when i was checked i did get a referral so physician wise this place is good. but everything thing else was horrid. not only me, but 15 other people waiting for hours just for simple check ups. very understaffed, and rude as well. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for a walk in. if you need immediate service don’t go! in the last year when i’ve gone, they’re pretty diligent. but that day wasn’t good at all. so, they should definitely fix up the wait times. it’s just simply a hit or miss with thus place, not trustworthy enough.

These folks are awesome! They have been there for myself and my family whenever we needed them. Whether it was my pneumonia (they knew to send me to the hospital) or my recent UTI (they knew all I needed was medication and rest at home with fluids), they handled it all. I highly recommend these folks if your medical problem isnt quite ER level or if you arent sure. They will know and make sure you are taken care of appropriately. Thank you to all the staff and doctors!

I arrived at this clinic before it opened thinking it would shorten my wait time; I was definitely way too optimistic. It took about an hour for me to be called in, 2 hours to see the doctor, and almost 3 hours for the visit to be complete. It also did not help that the doctor I saw (Dr. Khan) was the most apathetic doctor Ive ever met. I did not feel like he really listened to my complaints or cared about my opinions. I hope this was just an off day, and this doctors attitude is not the norm for this clinic.

I went because I had a UTI. I was told after registering to give a urine specimen and leave it in the window in the restroom. After having my vitals taken I was shown to a room. Once there I was asked to provide another specimen because the first one was lost. When I opened the door to put the specimen in it there was my original specimen. Someone could have tainted it or it could have become contaminated. I was asked to do my vitals but I informed the person that those had already been taken. He said well they must not have been entered into the computer. When the Dr. Came in she reviewed my current and past medications. She then confirmed that the initial lab test showed a UTI. She asked which antibiotic I wanted! Then she prescribed one and said to take it 4 times a day. I had taken it previously and felt uncomfortable about the dosage so on Monday I contacted my Dr. She told me to take it 2 times a day. Then 5 days later I was called and told that I wouldnt be getting the results of the culture because there wasnt enough urine to get a sample for the culture. Unbelievable! 2 bottles and it took 5 days to let me know that they couldnt do the culture. I do not feel like I should be charged for my visit. Not one thing was done without it being messed up. My family lives in Fairfax and I can only hope that they never have to use this facility.

Ok this place has gone down and I’m sorry I get it’s busy and low staff, but what you like today was incredibly wrong! I told you that I didn’t have my phone and to call my moms phone as I left my home. You made is wait 2 hours in the car when I can barely walk and my mom can in twice asking for updates. We decided to give up and go home to grab my phone as I did need it for work…. Now she asked at 4pm and they said I was next, 40min later we leave! When I get to my home and see the time frames of these missed calls 😤😤😤 the fact when I called back and said I had to wait on something completely on you with no apology is beyond rude! I’m going to the ER and if this is serious enough I’m going to get a lawyer to Sue this place bc Blood leaking out of me and making me wait for 2 hours to call a phone number I told you not to it’s really messed up! For minor problems such as strep throat or a sprained ankle, patient first is a great place to go. For literally anything more complex, go anywhere else. Because you will wait there for an hour for them to go ... We dont know, go to the ER! Like they have done to me many times.

They processed me right away and was able to see a PA within 30 minutes. He prescribed an antibiotic and by the Monday morning the infection was clearly smaller. Thank you - without your quick diagnosis and treatment, I dont want to think what my arm might look like now. I will first start off by saying the staff was awesome. This review is fully for the scam Patient First is running. I went in for a rapid covid test and I was three 3 hours. I was not able to leave or get my results without seeing the doctor. I know this is so they can bill for the test and seeing a doctor. I waited 2 hours for my test then I waited an hour to see the doctor for him to tell me my test was Negative.

They sent me a bill for my visits and it said in the bill that they were going to submit my claim to my insurances within 60 days of my visits. I called them to discuss my bill and because it had not been 60 days yet and they were already billing me. Ive found out that some places do that so that they can collect money for the same services from the insurance companies and the patients too. Someone told me they were going to submit my claim to my insurances and to ignore the bill. Some time later, they sent me another bill that includes a late fee and a threat to send me to a collection agency. The services I received are covered by my insurances 100%. I called Patient First today 6 times to discuss my bill. No one answers. I called the front desk. No one answered. It is amazing that theyre trying to collect money from me and I am not able to discuss my bill. I thought this place was an honest place. I had to be at work and couldnt keep being on the phone again and again without getting anyone to pick up the phone. I wasted a lot of time when I called them 6 times and was on hold. I dont know what Ill do but I cant pay the bill they sent me. I chose to visit this place because it accepts my two insurances.

I was here for Covid 19 testing. I checked in at 7 pm and completed my paper work. I got called back 45 minutes later and put me in room to do swab test (rapid testing) The result usually available in 30 minutes. I waited almost an hour in the room. No one bothered to come and let me know the result. I had to leave. The doctor and or the nurse did not call me to let me know the result. I called next day and stoped by to do the lab test. They said I have to start over all again because I’m not in their system anymore and need to do the registration. That doesn’t make any sense. I was there yesterday and registered and completed all my paperwork. All they need to just take another swab and send to lab. It would take only 5 minutes. The nurse told me the lab result would take 4-5 days. I would rather go to cvs and get lab results in 1-2 days.

Ive had good and bad experiences here. The bad experiences have mostly revolved around long wait times. They get you signed in and sitting in a room in the back pretty quick but then you can be sat in there for ages with no one checking in on you. I probably wouldnt mind so much if someone just came in to let me know about how much longer it would be or if I knew at sign in what the approximate wait time would be. After waiting most of my lunch break today I had to walk out because I couldnt wait anymore. If I knew at check in that the wait could be 45 minutes to an hour I could make a decision to either come back later or, if it was more pressing, seek care elsewhere. After sitting there 45 minutes I wasnt really sure they even knew I was there.I wouldnt rule them out completely because the location is convenient but I dont think Id use them as my go-to care provider.

Doctors/Nurses at Patient First - Fairfax were great, very professional and experts at their service. However, on the service delivery aspect-- Lab Report Activation Code not shared on first visit. How will the patient know they need to get a code unless they are informed. Now we have to register with the Third Party Lab or go to the center again to get the activation code / physical copy of the report, which is a waste of our time. This can be improved if new patients are oriented about these procedures prior to the lab tests. In the time of COVID, we are being exposed two times, which can be easily avoided if information is shared prior to lab visits. Hope this feedback is useful.

He did not even check my mothers blood pressure. The nurse was the only one who measured my mothers blood pressure, but Dr. Khan didnt double check it. He basically did not do anything. On our first two visits, both female doctors double checked everything and asked us questions to better understanding my mothers problem. I bought my mother an omron series 10 blood pressure machine to check her blood pressure everyday. I was not happy with Dr. Khan for making us wait almost two hours and just told us to come back another time and paid, and then he argued back at me for telling us we were told to come back for blood pressure check only, and all the home blood pressure machine is not accurate. He did not even measure himself and tried to tell us to leave less than a minute of seeing us. Dr. Khan is a horrible doctor.

Id intended on trying to ride things out, thinking what I have was just a virus/upper respiratory infection and knowing I could only do so much since Im pregnant. However, my conditions worsened so I called ahead to a few urgent care facilities in my area to find out whether theyd allow me to come in if I was pregnant and needed a cheat x-ray.Patient First - Fairfax said this was possible, but they also told me there were 5 people ahead of me at that time and that it could be about a 2-hr wait. I decided to go there because I didnt want to have a $200 hospital ER copay. From the time I arrived at Patient First, the level of care from each staff member was wonderful. I told them my symptoms, and had a chest x-ray taken (which I was reassured by my doctor, a mother of 4, was pretty safe at this stage of my pregnancy, and explained how they would only get my chest, blocking my stomach). The tech was very careful to block my stomach and back from the x-ray for my babys sake, which I appreciated. The x-ray confirmed pneumonia, which surprisingly gave me some peace of mind because now I could be properly treated and make sure my baby was ok. After the x-ray, I had a breathing treatment done (my doctor brought me a warmed blanket) to bring my oxygen level back up because the blockage in my chest was causing me to wheeze.Overall, I felt very taken care of. The care I received from the time I arrived until I left was great and my doctor made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Patient First - Fairfax!

They said that almost a year and a half ago(1/8/19) I went to their facility and recently was charged $150 almost two years later... The solution is that I need to call back in 90 days to see if anything has changed while they do their research. Meanwhile my credit takes a hit for that period of time when I have done absolutely nothing wrong. Paid my co-pay as instructed, paid my prescription as instructed but still I owe $150 for some odd reason that they need 90 days to research... in conclusion, do me a favor and dont visit here.
