This family care is terrible! He keeps all patients waiting long time. My personal waiting time was 2 hours. The front desk is helpless. They don’t answer your questions seriously.

I have seen Dr. Yu since 2010. I trust him and appreciate the fact that he does not rush me during my visits. He is very thorough and takes time to explain everything to me.

Benson Yu is very thorough and considers everything in his prognosis. He insists you come in for your results, rather than have his receptionist call you. He goes over every detail and leaves no stone unturned.

Dr. Yu has been our family doctor for over 20 years. Yes, the waits are long but the service is the best.

Dr. Yu is the most caring and thoughtful doctor I have ever had, and I have had a lot of different doctors. Ive been waiting for him to return because I dont want another PCP. I have been seeing Dr. Yu for over 8 yrs.. I have many serious medical issues going on with me. Dr. Yu has delt with all of them with care and understanding. If I need a specialist he always recommends the best one he knows that will give me the best care. This family care office is worst doctor appointment I never had in US my appointment is 9:30 they let me waiting 2 more hours until to 11:30 they allowed the patient behind my appointment go see doctor first and no any excuse, they habit just like in China 🇨🇳 They allow people they know to look first and let others postpone the front desk indefinitely. Ms. Tangs attitude is extremely bad

Best service I have never encountered such a bad attitude at the front desk. I originally wanted to make an appointment for the day, but she said that you are a new patient and can not make an appointment until tomorrow. I said yes. But she also said why you did n’t come before. You just said that you are so painful that you ca n’t wait any longer. Then will you come tomorrow? If you do n’t come, we will be fined. I said I would come. She does n’t believe that if you do n’t come, you do n’t need to make an appointment. I said that you do n’t know why my people keep saying I ’m not coming. I said I will come tomorrow. If you have such an attitude, then I wo n’t make an appointment. If she doesnt come, she pulls down and doesnt call you. How do you say such an attitude can be the front desk.
