Ive had my Miracle Ear hearing aids for 6 years. My only complaint is the turnover in this office. In 6 yrs Ive seen more than 6 professionals- I cant even remember all of their names. One had just returned from her training program in Minneapolis.Ms Cunningham was the best in my opinion. Im thinking I wont upgrade or purchase another pair from Miracle ear.

This is my third set of Miracle Ear hearing aids. Due to my hearing loss I had to upgrade to the behind the ear version a couple of years ago. This new set uses the Genius 2.0. They are simply stellar and really make a huge difference over the previous pair. I highly recommend anyone who has hearing issues to get tested. You simply cant put a price on the improved quality of life that these offer. The staff and follow-on service at the Fairfax, VA store continues to be world class. I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence about buying hearing aids.

I finally talked my husband, David, into getting help with his decreased hearing. He was looking for a hearing aid that was secure in the ear and moisture resistant because he is an active person. He was given the in the canal model and had issues with the sounds of his breathing, chewing etc. Christina Leonard gladly exchanged the in the canal model for a behind the ear with an in the canal receiver and a sports retainer for security at no cost. David is thrilled with the new BTE model and especially the Smart Phone App for controlling them. Miracle Ear clearly demonstrates their desire for customer satisfaction!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and excellent customer service at all of my appointments. Everyone was very helpful with all my questions and concerns. My hearing aids are amazing and have improved my quality of life way beyond my initial expectations.

The wonderful staff at Miracle Ear provides great care! They have always been extremely helpful in arranging appointments, making me feel welcome, and providing guidance to fit me with just the right hearing aids to improve my significant hearing loss. I recommend them highly!

First of all I wouldnt have given this company any stars but the only reason I did is because of the person who has answered the phone on multiple occasions when I called to speak to someone at this location and could not reach them. She did her best to cover up for this sham of a company who are not even open at the hours they are scheduled to be open. Then the people who work at this company never answer their phones and then they are constantly calling to reschedule appointments saying ,someone is sick or that they will be in another location for the day Another upsetting situation that occurred is when we went to our scheduled appointment no one notified us that the location was moved to the Main st. location and we got all the way there and had to be alerted by a sign on the door and when we finally got back to the new location no one was there. There are many other hearing aid companies here in Virginia and if we would have known things would be this way I wouldnt have purchased from them so please if you read this find another company. And hopefully this will help the employees at this location get their business together.

When I went to Miracle Ear at the Fairfax, VA location, I was unsure if your product was better than what I was used to. In short order, Mr. Mitic explained why ME is the best choice and after trying them on, I knew they were more comfortable. I also liked the charger rather than cha nging the batteries so frequently.Then when he explained the life-long service plan, I was sold! He and his receptionist were as nice as possible and very helpful. Its been a couple mos. and I am very pleased with my purchase!

Along with their upbeat personalities and smiles, it is always a pleasure to go to the office. The hearing aids that Miracle Ear produces are methodically design individually for the patient. They stand strongly behind their products and are deeply concerned with patients needs, i.e. Miracle Ear provides a backup set of hearing aids to their patients until their hearing aids arrive.
