Wish I could give zero stars. Highly unprofessional and rude. They are extremely understaffed and are not honest about this. Instead the children will suffer the consequences. They completely misrepresented themselves and especially right now- during COVID- it’s not a safe environment here.

My daughter went to ladybug early this year and we absolutely loved it. We were very nervous about sending our first kid to day care but Ladybug team made it seamless. They have amazing teachers who care for the kids and take the time with each kid to better understand what works for them. The teachers do such a good job of posting and keeping the parents updated as well throughout the day. Total rockstars!!

My son has attended Lady Bug for nearly two years now. We love it. They have done their absolute best through COVID AND all while opening a second daycare next door (Lady Bug II). The one bad review of this place shouldn’t deter you. The staff is great and the director is amazing. The teachers are not on their phones, they are on company iPads sending parents updates on their children and logging the daily happenings (especially the young ones). I recommend!

My child has been at Ladybug for a year now, and we love everything about it. Ladybug is based on the Emilio Reggio method, which is play based! My kiddo is learning so much through hands on activities, and he has a great time everyday! He has had wonderful teachers, and everyone is incredibly communicative and supportive.We love Ladybug Academy.

I’ve been using Ladybug for three + months for my infant and I have been really happy with the daycare! The owner is very hands-on. The teachers love the children and have lots of fun activities to do with the children. I would highly recommend for high quality, affordable daycare in the area.

Our son has been at Ladybug for almost a year now and we couldn’t be happier! The teachers and owner have been very invested in our son’s well being and happiness - he never wants to leave when we pick him up! I highly recommend Ladybug to anyone in the area!

If i could give this place zero stars i would. good luck getting anyone to answer your phone calls. On 5 occasions i had to call back to back for someone to answer. there is no voicemail. when i finally reached through and came in for the walk through, a worker just opened the door for me and left me at the front without greeting me, asking who i was, not even a smile. i did four laps around the day care by myself with all the “teachers” staring at their phones until i asked where the director was and they told me she left. at my appointment time. they said “she didn’t tell us you were coming” and went back to their phones. such an unsafe environment.
