Everyone was helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Curbside service was fine and I am glad to help all be safe. I especially appreciate the help with scheduling and rescheduling around my work changes so I could get my cat seen.

I was worried that the appointment would take a long time, but they were very quick. The doctor I spoke to was very kind and my overall impression is that they genuinely care for the pets in their care. Both the tech who got my dog from my car and the doctor who explained everything to me were very kind, friendly, caring toward my pet, and didnt seem hurried.

Once inside, I was glad to see everyone wearing masks. The appointment was extremely thorough and informative. Staff and doctor were very gentle with my senior kitty. All my questions were answered fully. The written report came through the same day. I have used this company in the past and in different locations, but this appointment was truly outstanding. I would feel very comfortable returning to and recommending Dr. Holdt and this location in the future. Very thorough examination with explanations provided, and questions answered

Easier than expected, especially since we were worried about our cat. I really appreciated the call following up and ability to make our 6 month check up appointment. The ease of appointment procedures and clear communication are appreciated.

Excellent service. We were very pleased with Dr. Holdt, Natalie, and Ashleigh’s care. We appreciated that they were gentle yet firm with our cat who was quite wiggly. They also explained everything clearly and spoke softly so as to not further aggravate our cat.

Theyre basically the only dedicated cardiology option in town, so theres limited points of comparison. That being said, everyone I interacted with was great in handling my dog, who can be a bit rambunctious. I appreciate that I was allowed to come in with him to observe the procedure but that there were also mask requirements (including types, e.g., N95, KN95) for everyones protection. The explanation of the tests and what people were looking for that might denote a problem with my dog were thorough and clear.

I appreciate feeling like we have a good support system as our dog enters his final years. Dr. Holdt was compassionate, kind and honest.

Special thanks to the entire staff for their handling during COVID. We arrived and were greeted by masked, gloved staff curbside. We were kept informed of the doctors findings by phone, and Dr. Lefbom even called my wife at home so she could be part of the process and hear the results of the exam and what we need to do regarding Gingers heart condition. Lots of Love and Care here. The cost was honestly way out of budget, but the care was beyond compare too. Highly recommend.

Schedule availability, ability to compassionately restrain Leilei during the test, compassionate and knowledgeable bedside manner,Thank you so much for seeing Leilei the same day that she collapsed and stopped breathing. The tech was amazing! It has always taken me and a tech to hold Leilei down for echocardiograms. She was able to hold her down without causing additional stress to her breathing during the test. Everyone was so calm and understanding during the whole exam. Thank you, thank you for seeing her and providing her with meds the same day. She is already showing improvement.

I loved the doctor who spent a great deal of time explaining every little detail to me and seemed sympathetic to Wolfy and me. My favorite thing about CVCA is how the CVCA vets and staff keep in touch with my primary vet in a very timely manner.

Longer hours would be very helpful — its hard to make it to CVCA with a regular 9-5 job. It is extremely expensive. A trip to CVCA is usually my biggest expense for the month, except for my rent. But vet care is extremely expensive in this area in general, and Ive never had the slightest complaint about the care my dog has received. Its absolutely excellent. Very accurate and in depth assessments, the vet always answers all my questions. I’ve taken my dog for cardiac care at other veterinary practices before CVCA, and it wasn’t nearly as good. The diagnosis and recommendations I got from the CVCA vets turned out to be much more accurate. All the staff are extremely competent and efficient. And everyone is always wonderfully kind to my dog! All the staff are always gentle and patient and very caring with her.

We took our dog in for a cardiac wellness appointment. We were worried about him but the staff was so nice and professional. The doctor took her time to explain the results and answer questions. It really was reassuring.

I appreciate all the detail & thoroughness - before, during, and after the visit. From letting me know the actual & potential costs, to advising that the doctor treating my pet is a resident, to all the specifics after the appointment. The only thing that might have made it just a little better would have been an email to recap all the findings (fortunately I had something to make notes on, but I cant write very fast)

So appreciate the entire experience - came in very nervous for our kitten and left feeling very satisfied that we had done the right things and knew what needed to be done moving forward to make sure he stays as healthy as possible. the level of detail given in the phone consult was exactly what I needed to understand what was going on and Dr. Holdt took the time to make sure I understood completely and had no further questions.

When facing the end of life for a beloved pet the only solace I have is knowing the cardiologist is doing everything she can to extend life and keep my baby comfortable.The kindness of the staff also helps make this end journey bearable. Everything is fully detailed and explained - medications that Coco needs to be taking, what each medicine is for, dosage, recap of the appointment, follow up items for Coco, etc. The genuine care and empathy that is received, from each and every staff member, isnt comparable to any other place that I have been in the past.

Great COVID procedures, wait time was a little long but they were very thorough and explained everything very well. They were able to call in prescriptions right away and even gave empty gel caps for the one medication because it doesnt taste good. They forwarded me, oncology, and my normal vet a summary of the visit and their diagnosis. Cost was a little high, but overall it was worth it.

Dr Tyrell is wonderful and Im so glad he cares and treats my dog like one of his own. With his care and advice I was able to correct some of the problems Hershey had and Hershey is still here and I swear its because we caught his problem early and treated it. The doctors bedside manner is wonderful and I like that you have a specialized practice dedicated to heart care.

Dr. Savino really takes the time to explain everything. I never feel that she is in a rush to get off the phone (since COVID prevents you from going into the appointment) and that she listens to what I say about my dog. She is the best! I have a geriatric, giant breed dog and they are always very careful with his knees and back. A huge relief as he has difficulty walking. I first met with Dr. Savino as my dog had to have surgery and has a heart murmur (not a winning combination). Dr. Savino gave the surgeon recommendations for how to handle the anesthesia and my dog came through the surgery like a champ! I will never be able to thank her enough.

Dr. Hoch from internal medicine is amazing. She is thorough. She takes the time to listen and conference. She actually performs the procedures on the day the consult is scheduled. And most importantly, she helped our cat which no other internist could seem to do. Highly recommend.

An emergency vet is never where you want to be. However, if you have to this place is amazing. It’s such a comfortable atmosphere for you and your pet, couches and comfy chairs for you and your pet to snuggle on. The personnel are super considerate and great at helping you through the tough times and painful decisions. They got us a diagnosis when no one else could. I highly recommend their services.

My dog unfortunately had to visit this facility- only the real sick ones go here..I think. 😔 Dr. Bordelon was very kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. She explained everything so that I could understand. I am sure she has the task of giving people bad news about their dogs but due to quality service and quick appointment my dog was able to get immediate treatment. When I lost my dog to heart disease, Dr. Bordelon sent a warm, sympathy card. I have sad memories of this place but that should not deter my opinion of everyones professionalism and kindness. I hope your dog doesnt need to go here but if you do, you will be under great care.
