First and foremost, Wendy and Cathy were an ABSOLUTE joy to be around. Not just as professionals, but as people. They both radiate such positive energy and confidence in what they do. Ive been to many (emphasis on many) med spas around the area, and have never ever had such a positive, down to earth, and personal interaction with any nurses. On top of every single staff member I encountered being extremely friendly, the prices here are unbeatable. Definitely will be coming back for more and I have already referred my friends. Thank you!

I had my first visit today for a Kybella shot and I am very happy with Optimal Integrative Med Spa. Starting with my call to make an appointment, I had such a friendly, polite young lady on the phone. Unlike another office where I have been getting some cosmetic treatments and the lady on the phone always sounds grumpy, this lady, Joselin, who is the office manager and a Medical Aesthetician, was very welcoming! Meeting her in person today, I really liked her, so nice and knowledgeable about the different procedures offered. Then I met a Nurse Practitioner, Cathy, who gave me the shot and I really liked her too! She carefully explained every step of the procedure and what to expect, as well as going over after care. Her personality was just lovely! Meeting these two ladies today, they make me want to get my future cosmetic procedures there instead of the practice I have been going to lately. The people really do make a big difference and Cathy and Joselin make me want to go back! Really, everyone should give Optimal Integrative Med Spa a try!

Ive been here for both Botox and under-eye filler (Restylane) and have always had a great experience. Dr. Heideman is friendly and knowledgeable. Jocelyn is great too. My first experience with Botox was elsewhere and that doctor advised me to get too many units. When I told her about that, Dr. Heideman said that I didnt need many. Its very reassuring to come to a place that is honest and cares about giving you the appropriate treatments. I wont go anywhere else now.
