I did in-body and i really liked it. It gave me the accurate results by showing how much mass I lack in each ligaments of the body (right arm/left arm, trunk, right leg/left leg). It was a great opportunity for me to check my current body status and get to know what I need to improve on. The staff who explained to me about the test results was nice and explained well of the ways I could improve my conditions.

I have been expriencing lots of sprains ever since I started my martial arts and military career; however, Dr. and Grand Master Chois amazing acupuncture skill has helped me a lot during my life so far. He always fixes me so I can keep exercising and maneuvering in harsh circumstances. I have known Dr. Choi for more than 20 years since he taught Hapkido at the Korea Military Academy. He is my Grand Master, and I learned a lot from him. He left Korea and settled in D.C., USA in 2005. I could finally see him again in the States in 2021. I graduated Korea Military Academy in 2004, and it has been almost 18 years. As an Army Infantry Lt.Col., my joints are not in good condition so that I needed his acupuncture again. Yesterday, I was at his clinic to see my Master and to get treatment on my right ankle. I even couldnt kick a ball. After the treatment, so much better than before! I can walk with less pain. I need more treatments, but I cant because of my location. I am working in Kansas, but he is in D.C.! I went to Dr.Choi for my lower back pain. I could not sit or move properly. It was difficult for me to sit long periods of time and do any physical activity. My overall health issues (which includes menstrual cramps, chronic pain, and acne) have improved significantly. The other day, I had a huge ice burn on my right thigh after an excessive ice massage. I write a story that started about 14 years ago.Since birth, my parents tried everything thats good for two year olds, pediatric and dermatology, and the prescription was to take a bath with steroids, lotions, and a mix of Clorox. In the end, I was advised not to try to treat the atopic dermatitis (eczema).However, the Myung Mun Dr. CHOI said that eczema would be a very long fight, and I asked to pray and treat it together for that time. I received immune strengthening treatment that balanced my whole body for more than three years. At first, I wondered if it would be possible, but there was no choice. There was no other doctor who could fix it.Now in 2021, Im 16 years old, Now, Ive grown up like a healthy, brave lady, and I hear that my face and skin are very good.In my opinion, atopy is not a skin problem, but some parts of the body become weak and I think it will improve if you balance the organs in your body.This doctor has saved me and gave me a whole different quality of life by not giving up and finding the root cause of my eczema.

I have been seeing Hyun Kyu Choi since April of this year. We make the monthly trip from our home in Lexington South Carolina for my three day sessions. it is well worth my time and effort. I have been thoroughly pleased with his diagnosis and treatment and am feeling better than I have in the past two years. I started to get many different symptoms during the menopause. Its very scary when doctors couldnt diagnose my illness even after all the possible tests were done. My family started going to Dr. Choi since 2012 for magnet acupuncture and the overall health of our family has gone up so much.To share a couple examples out of many, I sprained my ankle very badly several years ago. I couldn’t walk on my own because of the pain and my foot was so swollen that I couldn’t fit my foot in a shoe. The pain was only getting progressively worse and ice pack didn’t really help. I got magnet acupuncture about 8 hours after I strained my ankle and the next day, I woke up feeling much much better with only endurable pain and significantly less swollen foot. With a couple more appointments, I was able to recover to the point where I could walk.Most recently, I stepped on a sharp object and had a deep cut in my foot and went to Dr. Choi for three times a week (he also recommended I get a Tdap shot, which I got that day) and the cut healed within two weeks. The before and after pictures are 11 days apart.My family goes to Dr. Choi for any health issues and we have been able to recover and maintain good health thanks to his magnet acupuncture. If anything needs further examination or immediate procedure, he directs us to go to hospital but we have been able to avoid procedures and harsh medicines as we were able get treated early on, rather than when symptoms fully develop. Although I don’t fully understand the mechanism of magnet acupuncture, it has to do with circulation and good circulation promotes good health, as widely known. I personally experienced it lowered my anxiety and stress levels as well. I cannot recommend Dr. Choi enough and my family appreciates him a lot!

Dr. Choi is truly an amazing healer. He is so skilled, he has the ability to determine the cause of your issue and treat it accordingly. He is incredibly kind, thoughtful and brilliant. I have atopic dermatitis, or eczema, on my limbs as well as psoriasis on my head. Although I tried multiple treatments before, they were all temporary and I wanted to find a way to treat them completely. One of my parents friends suggested that I visit MyungMun Acupuncture.On the first day of the visit, I walked into the clinic earlier than the appointed time for paperwork. While filling out, I was called for help by Dr. Choi to translate from Korean to English. I had to translate and explain to another patient why the treatment was harmless, how it worked, and mostly how great the doctor was for half an hour. He was busy bragging about himself, trying to convince the patient to take on a treatment like a businessman.During my checkup, which was well past the appointed time, the doctor just heard the word eczema and began to brag again for 10 minutes, showing me photos of patients who he successfully treated. He didnt even look at my symptoms to check the severity. Then he told me I needed two weeks to treat it completely. He told me that itll only take a few visits to show improvement and that hed give a full refund if I saw no improvement.When it was time to pay, he talked about big sale if we get 10 acupuncture and magnet treatment together. We hesitated because it was still expensive, but we decided to appoint for 10 times over the course of few weeks. He was very pushy, insisting you have to treat this fast, which made me feel like I was talking to a desperate merchant. Another complaint is that he made us pay $40 extra aside from the treatment without telling us what it was for. When we asked during the next visit, he changed the topic and started bragging again. We had to ask the parents friend to find out what it was for. He should stop bragging and give answers to questions.During next few weeks, I went to the clinic for treatment. Despite his promise, my symptoms stayed the same. Eczema was still itchy and red, and psoriasis did not even reduce in size. Whenever he asked me about symptoms, I told him honestly that I felt nothing different, and he looked desperate. He began to suggest dietary and lifestyle changes. He also started to suggest other treatments and increased frequency of the treatments. He clearly did not keep up with his words that his treatment alone would work after few times. Additionally, he was also very inconsistent with his words. Even though he said on the first day that it was my heart that was problematic, he said it was my lungs during the second visit.Dr. Choi also mentioned that my menstrual period for that month would not be painful. Instead, my cramps were worse than usual that I couldnt keep up with my daily life. I stopped the treatment half way through since I did not see any changes. He did not seem to be surprised when I asked for a refund for rest of the unused treatments. He rather looked relieved to let me go since his treatments were clearly not working. He did not bother mentioning his promise about giving a full refund for no improvement, rather, he changed his words and claimed that he said it would take a while to treat. His words are just empty promises that he uses to convince the patients and cannot be trusted.Another problem rose after I stopped going to the clinic. I started my period when I was still getting treated, and it did not stop bleeding for more than a month. I went to gynecologist for tests, and got negative results. The gynecologist concluded that it was hormonal change, and the only reason I could think of for this is the acupuncture.My parents were furious. They paid for useless yet expensive treatments that actually caused negative effects. They posted a one-star review, and the doctor apparently tracked down, called my parents friend, then told her to tell my parents to remove the review so they can have forged, clean reviews about their services. Rather than a clinic, this place is a business that sells fake service with forged reviews.

On Oct 23, 2018 while working on a farm i twisted my elbow or streched my tendon by my elbow. I was in so much pain. On Oct 24th, I went to see Director Choi thinking I needed to get acupuncture but he told me I just needed magnet therapy. After 6 hours, I was able to move my arm and twist my elbow pain free. Praise the Lord. My husband could not believe his eyes. It was miraculous!

Dr. Choi treated my daughter from severe eczema.  My daughter was on steroid cream before I brought her to the clinic. She was very uncomfortable, itchy and exhausted. My wife has been a patient of Director Choi of Myunmun Acupucture since 2014. Whether its magnetic theraphy or acupuncture, the result always has been magical if not miraculous for her. About four years ago, she fell twice while ice skating and was not able to walk without pain. Additionally, she felt pain even turning her head side to side. Without any success through a conventional medical methods, my wife met with Director Choi through a mutual friends introduction. My wife has been treated by Dr Choi for sprained ankle and elbow for a month. As a result, it was cured miraculously. For myself, I had been suffering from excruciating migraine for years until I met Dr. Choi who saved my life with acupuncture and magnets. Most of all, I was deeply touched by his prayer in the name of Jesus at every time of his treatment.

I was diagnosed with a necrotic femural bone in January 2016. The orthopedic doctor said my bone was like rotting wood and I couldn’t walk like I used to and had to use crutches at home to avoid collapse of my bone. I stopped working and started a long journey . My doctor said he can do surgery-which is bone graft- or do some stem cell surgery but he couldn’t guarantee 100% that my bone would get better. The last solution was doing hip replacement surgery. I was only 52 yrs old and that was too much for me to handle. I started to search the internet for other alternatives and found some idea that physical therapy can help to improve blood flow as well as magnetic therapy. These are not 100% guaranteed but I wanted to try the non surgery way. I found Dr. Choi from a Korean newspaper, who is using magnets for acupuncture. He said that he treated a couple of patients like me so I started treatment for 6 month and got an MRI. It healed completely. Hallelujah!!!!I was not able to wear socks by myself in the beginning of treatment because I couldnt lift my leg up high, but it got better slowly. Its a miracle for me. I really appreciate what doctor Choi did and God used him as a tool as he prayed before every treatment.
