My experience was phenomenal The service was excellent, professional and customer friendly. This was my first experience with Ombré brow service and through out the technician shares each process and why. It was very relaxing experience as she calmed my anxiety. My mom and I both had our brows done here because when you get great service, you have to recommend others!! She is the G.O.A.T. My brows hold the pigment which is the main concern when looking for a brow artist is, their pigments may not heal properly if they aren’t familiar with the colors, especially melanated skin tones. Carline can do it ALL, she is so professional and I even took one of her classes a year later. Needless to say, my brows STILL appear BROWN a year later. Not color shifting has occurred and I am so happy!

I attended the lip blush Training with Carline and was blown away. All of my previous training in this industry was not that great at all so I was not expecting much from this one either. But I can honestly say I took a lot from this training. Carline was very thorough and was able to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this training to others.

I didn’t like my brows when she finished. I told her, she assured me that they would darken. After a week or so I called her back even sent pictures of my brows and again she said they would get better. There were no indication of micro blading and very faint shading. I initially rescheduled my appointment due to Covid , she charged me for that and the second time I didn’t want to waste my money and I explained that to her and she charged my credit card $150. I feel like I was scammed.

Carline is the best! I can’t say enough about the support and training I received at The Perfect Arch! Carline’s methods are professional yet at the same time she keeps it 100% real and honest. Finding a trainer you connect with is such a confidence booster! So thankful I found Carline and highly recommend any beginner or experienced pmu artist to attend her training classes!

Be careful when considering training by SELF TAUGHT ARTIST!! If you are going to take classes with a self taught trainer, make sure that they have concrete implements that regarding their virtual trainings. If a change is taking place, they should be emailing or texting each student in the class. The amount of students is no excuse to not have proper communication as an instructor. To only post in a private social media group is not adequate or professional contact. Anyone can miss a memo, as no one stays in a group for 24/7. Most individuals have other daily priorities to tend to as well. An email sent the morning of a class with a time change is unacceptable. Consequently, sending a text message stating that one will no longer be able to sit in on the class because of a tardy is just as appalling. I am speaking of these events from something that I recently experienced. When I was signing on, I noticed that the time she sent the schedule change was DURING the zoom class. I would never be late to a class intentionally; especially knowing that the first rule was stated that even a one minute tardy would result in permanently dismiss you from current and any future support training. I never received a notification by text or email mentioning the change. I was removed from the virtual (Free) class. It turns out that virtual class is not actually free because in the payment description for the class it states that six months of virtual support is received from the trainer. Afterwards, she posted in her group and ridiculed me. I responded back in the group. In the same group, I was reprimanded by the trainer again. She told me that it was unnecessary to post more than 100 words in the group. I was the only one addressed; as other women also posted their opinions, which also involved bullying me about me never receiving the notification. I was never in the private group like them. Later, I sent the trainer a email saying I felt attacked and bullied. I also stated that I no longer want to attend her class in August due to the treatment. I told her that I wanted a refund. She denied me my refund. I ended up calling the bank; and disputed the charges with them instead.

I came to the Perfect Arch from NYC. I was trained to do Microshading by the best, Carline Sanders. She was thorough, patient, precise and professional. Well worth it and got an extra surprise: Got to see Carline do her world renowned microshading on an actual live model!!! Which was all my pleasure. Nice clean environment with warmth. I’d recommend anyone who wants to get into the PMU business

I took an online lip blush class with Carline and I have no regrets. Anyone in the permanent makeup industry will tell you that the training is always going to be hit or miss and it’s EASY to waste your money trying to learn new skills. I spent about $5,000 on a previous PMU course and walked away feeling as though I learned nothing and had no recourse. I am happy to report I didn’t have the same experience this time around. All my questions were answered, I was given detailed and thorough information that made sense, and I have ongoing support for the next 6 months. Although I had to take an online course at this time I don’t feel like I missed out on anything because Carline gives you one-on-one time via zoom video chat, which helps bridge the gap created by a lot of online, “recording” based courses. Not only that, but she is sincerely helpful and answers to questions that may not even be explicitly related to the course material, which a lot of trainers would not do because it is outside the course curriculum. You truly get a personable experience with Carline and I will be returning for more of her courses 100%

This was one of the BEST decisions EVER!!!! Carline was extremely patient, kind, thorough and professional!
