WORST DOCTOR EVER, I HAD A TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT WAITED IN THE VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM FOR AN HOUR, WHILE WAITING, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ONE OF HER STAFF PEOPLE INFORMING ME THAT DR.CATHY WAS 3 HOURS BEHIND AND WAS UNABLE TO SEE ME!! ONCE AGAIN SHE RESCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT!! GUESS ILL GO WAIT BY MY MAILBOX FOR THE $50.00.DOLLAR NO SHOW FEE BILL!! AND I GUESS SHELL BE WAITING FOR PAYMENT

I made an appointment for the first time yesterday, August 17 regarding my fluctuating high blood pressure. Took photos and emailed her my information of my drivers license, BC/BS, and Medicare yesterday morning. A video appt. was scheduled for that same day at 3 p.m. I was very satisfied to get an early appointment. At 3 p.m. I went through the steps to have my consultation with Dr. Cathy. I waited, and waited, and waited. It’s now 3:45!No call from office personnel Rosetta. No call from Dr. Cathy. Disgusting!

Dr. Cathy has been my physician for 6 years and has changed my life dramatically for the better! Within 6 months after first seeing her I was a totally different person physically, mentally and emotionally, and the improvement has continued. Thanks to Dr. Cathy, at 73 years old I lift heavy weights with guys 1/2 to 1/4th my age and can still run, but better than that, my attitude is extremely positive and my mind is sharp. She cares deeply about her patients and takes time to listen to us. Dr. Cathy has also greatly helped a number of my friends I have referred to her. No doubt - she is the best doctor I have ever had!

I have never written a one star review. I am writing this in hopes that others do not go through what we have gone through with this “doctor”. My husband saw her multiple times. As others have stated, she ordered bloodwork that wasn’t needed and we received over $3000 in bills from quest that our insurance company would not pay for. In fact, we are still getting random bills a year later for things that were never explained nor needed. She insisted on cash payments and would always make patients wait ridiculous amounts of time to be seen. Please, save yourself aggravation and money. I do not know how she still has her medical license.

I trained with this physician. she is amazing and patient. you may find your wait times are long because she spends a great deal of time with her patients.

Beware!Terrible. Terrible. Terrible! I cant speak to her medical acumen or skill as a physician however, I can only speak to how I was treated as a patient by her personally and her office. I had three scheduled appointments with Dr. Cathy and actually only saw her for one.Visit 1, May 2018: The first time I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Cathy. I left her office without actually having my exam after waiting 3 hours. During this visit I was, after 1.5 hours, given a full blood work up. I later found that several of the lab tests she ordered were not covered by my insurance and I was sent two bills one for $500 and one for about $150 from the labs. I was not informed before the tests were ordered that I would need to pay out of pocket for these tests. Approx Cost: $650 (lab fees) + $25 (co-pay) = $675 (please remember I did not see Dr. Cathy this day.Visit 2, May 2018: Thankfully I did see Dr. Cathy this time. Briefly. She conducted my exam and flew out of the room before I was able to ask her any questions about my blood work results. She insured me that we could speak more at a follow-up appointment her secretary would schedule for me. Cost: $25 (co-pay)Visit 3, June 2018: I came in to see Dr. Cathy for my follow up visit. Like the first visit, I waited in Dr. Cathys office for about 2 hours. When I approached her secretary to see how much longer she would be, the secretary went to the window to look for Dr. Cathys car in the parking lot. You guessed it. Dr. Cathy was not even at the office. :(. I had to leave for work and could not wait the indefinite amount of time to see Dr. Cathy that was required. Her secretary suggested that I come by again after work since I work clo.se by her office....After work: I leave work early to return to Dr. Cathys office for my appointment. When I am about 2 minutes away from her office I receive a phone call from Dr. Cathys secretary informing me that Dr. Cathy is ready to leave her office and cannot see me today. Her secretary informed that she would call me to reschedule either an in-person or phone appointment to finish discussing my labs and previous appointment. Cost: $25 (co-pay) (please again remember I did not see Dr. Cathy.)As of September 11, 2018 at 4:30 p.m., I have heard no word from Dr. Cathy, her secretary, or any other employees at her office.Think hard and long and long and hard about making her your physician. She is the worst doctor I have seen. she lied and charged my insurance company $300 instead of $200 for her fee.Unknowingly she told me that she needs to do my blood work. Unknowingly she took 18 pints of blood from me . i asked her why so much blood taken from me and she said she needs it to diagnose my problem. quest diagnostic charged me $5000 for all the blood work which My insurance company will not pay for it. I am livid.

I was excited to meet Dr. Cathy heard great things about her. Upon arrival receptionist was great! The wait time was ridiculous. I had regular physical done with great insurance. Then the nightmare began I am a healthy woman the Dr. ran every test known to man, so much so my insurance began to deny test because there was no reason to have them done. At the end of the ordeal LabCorp ended up billing me for well over 2k and Dr. Cathys billing department could never be reached as they were also billing. BEWARE! This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a physician and there staff!!

Beware!! If I could have given this doctors office a zero rating I would have. I contacted that Dr. Cathys office/United Family Medical Center and was given an appt. less than 24hrs later. Received an email shortly after stating theres a $50.00 no-show fee, if the appt. isnt cancelled at least 48hrs prior to the appointment not sure why, considering the timeline and the fact that there wouldve been not enough time to give them 48hrs notice since the appt. was made less that 24hrs prior. Unfortunately, I ended up having to cancel the appt. due to illness. But can you believe the audacity of this doctors staff to send a bill for $50.00 for a no-show appt. that was made within 24hrs?Ive sent them a note regarding the bill and Ive also called the dr.s office and left several messages, NONE of which were returned, but theyve continued to send a bill. I had planned on rescheduling the appt. but after this experience I have no intention of doing so.

I understand you used to have a business relationship with a nurse practitioner by the name of Janet Williams. I am writing to let you know that your/her APRN protocol is still active with the state medical board. the most recent of a long list of doctors that janet has worked with terminated her on 3/14. I have confirmed with the board that she is currently operating under your APRN protocol that I am sure you intended to terminate years ago. My husband Brett Williams and I thought you should be made aware of this.
