Everyone here is friendly, however, they have a terrible scheduling system. My brother and I were referred here by our orthodontist to get cleared for braces. When Dr. Samuels informed us that we needed to get fillings before the braces, they never scheduled us a date to return to get it done. The receptionist kept saying that we would be on a waitlist, and that they would call us when something opens up. Two weeks went by, and then two months went by with no call from this office.In the meantime, my brother and I have even had our wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon, which involved a consultation visit and the actual surgery date. All of this was done, yet Exquisite Smiles has had no room for us in the past two months to return to get simple fillings.We are very disappointed with their scheduling system, especially since we have been eagerly waiting to get cleared for braces. Also, I have even asked people that visit other dentists how long it has typically been taking to schedule a follow-up appointment with their dentist, and everyone has agreed that it’s absurd that we’ve been waiting this long for just a filling, even during the pandemic. Two stars are all I can give now.

So glad I was referred to Dr. Samuels! She and her staff are so awesome! The office is always clean, the staff is warm, welcoming and professional, and Dr. Samuels knows her stuff. Everyone makes you feel like youre their only patient! Everything is always explained to me (including my out of pocket costs) and Dr. Samuels does amazing work. My family will be patients for life!

I LOVE MY DENTIST!!! first off let me start by saying this is a black owned dentistry, dr.samuels is honestly the best dentist I’VE EVER HAD(dr.samuels offered me an blanket when she notice i was cold,come on what dentist does that NONE)! if you’re looking for a patient, clean, and friendly dentistry exquisite smiles is your place to go. customer service is amazing!!!! i have no complaints hats off to you dr.samuels! you have a forever loyal client!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. A very special “Thank you” to Nicole. I will definitely be a customer for life. Everyone on the staff were professional, kind and very sensitive to my needs. Again, I can’t say thank you enough to Dr Samuels and her team!

I love Dr. Samuels and her front end staff and back office staff! Every experience at the office is pleasant and professional. It’s very clean and I receive text message reminders of my appointments, I prefer text over phone calls. I’ve been going here for years and as long as she is in practice, she will be my dentist!

I was very disappointed on this place. My wife came for deep cleaning only and now almost a week now, her teeth couldnt able to eat any meat or food. i have to take her to another dentist now.

To say that I was disappointed is nothing to say.When I scheduled the appointment I mentioned that my purpose was not cleaning but a cavity that needs to be fixed.When I came my teeth were checked BUT nothing was fixed. I still was told that i should do cleaning no matter what and even was scheduled for appointment to do the cleaning - while my tooth was so bad. My insurance covers 80% of all expenses and 1 cleaning per year is free. I was suggested to pay not 20% for cleaning but 35% of the cost. When I called my insurance company they told me that nobody contacted them regarding my cleaning. Where they took these prices I have no idea - this is just a rip off and where this money would go is a big question but to pay for cleaning 265$ is ridiculous.They couldnt fix my tooth because they didnt know what was wrong with a tooth canal and sent me to another doctor whos closest appointment was in a month!!! I have never seen a dentist who doesnt know how to treat canals and teeth all together.I mentioned in my file that I breastfeed and still doctor didnt pay attention to that and wanted to prescribe me some antibiotics for my tooth however i was not in pain or anything it was just a very big cavity.Doctor was coming back and forth between the rooms and seemed to be very busy with other patients. They did not even plan to treat my tooth.I work 8-5 Monday -Friday I took day off specifically to fix my tooth and it went out that I just wasted my personal time for nothing. LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT - I VISITED THIS PLACE IN APRIL, THEY SENT A CLAIM TO MY INSURANCE ONLY BY THE END OF SUMMER - BY THAT TIME I ALREADY FIXED ALL MY TEETH AND DIDNT HAVE ANY MONEY LEFT ON MY INSURANCE BALANCE, NOW I OWE THEM MONEY FOR THEIR CRAPPY SERVICE!!! NEVER EVER COME HERE - THIS PLACE IS A HEADACHE!!!

Dr. Samuels and her staff are wonderful! Ive been a patient of Exquisite Smile for the last 3 years and every visit was informative and made comfortable. The work that Dr. Samuels and her staff provide is of the highest standards. My schedule doesnt allow me to make follow up appointments at the time of service but Dr. Samuels team have always made themselves available to me....even one Friday when the office normally closed!!! Excellent job ladies!!!

Excellent dentist! The staff is always professional and the receptionist, Tamika, is very accommodating. I would recommend this dentist anyone.
