After seeing Another chiropractic office doe a few months and after experiencing horrific pain after every visit I seat to find a chiropractor and was lucky enough to find Dr. Paul Kaiser first let me say that he alleviated my pain almost instantaneously I feel no pain after a treatment with him and sleight discomfort if any. Dr. Kaiser is more than open to answer any of your questions or concerns which I didn’t want to ask as many and I have 10,000 but I noticed as I asked the questions he provided more than a satisfactory answer He speaks to you in terms you can understand the staff is wonderful If you’re ready to take control of your life I recommend Dr. Kaiser’s office

This doctor is amazing! Prior to my visits I could barely walk in the door. I had been deteriorating over 2 years and within 2 short weeks of consistent treatment I feel like a new person and now I only need to go for maintenance visits every now and then. Dont know why I waited so long.

Fast service and to the point. Every other chiropractor Ive been to wastes hours of your time indoctrinating you on all the kookie new age wellness stuff. Dr. Kaiser is caring and kind, strong enough to be effective in adjustments, and thoughtful enough to adjust my back and neck without wasting my time.

Monday, April 8, 2019 was our first visit to the Kaiser Family Chiropractic Office and I must say that upon entering, it was not very welcoming. Their website states specifically how a first visit will go, from the initial greeting, to the consultation, examination, possible X-rays, report of findings, treatment, and even a wellness program; however WE were not privy to this kind of treatment. We were not greeted with great customer service, we were not properly introduced to the doctor, and my fiancé received the worst session ever! As a football player, my fiancé is familiar with adjustments and the chiropractic office; we chose this office because of its proximity and convenience. Dr. Kaiser adjusted my fiancé’s neck and concluded the session. As I was sitting there I was confused, because as new patients, there was no thorough consultation, no assessment of the full body, and when I asked the doctor if that was all he was going to do, he responded with, “I usually just adjust the areas of complaint,” what kind of chiropractor are you?! Since our visit, there has been no follow-up from this office to see if we need further care or if the adjustment worked, nothing. One more thing to mention; while we were there, there was a patient present who seemed to be getting the treatment advertised, but then again, he did not look like US. Needless to say, we were not welcomed, and per their own website, the staff did NONE of what they advertised for a patient’s first visit, at least not for US. Perhaps this office does not need new patients, or want patients like US, of African American descent. You only get one time to make a first impression; and because of theirs, we will never return.
