I came here thru agency and had a anxiety attack. Theres roaches, its dirty, outdated, hot and the food portions are tiny! They are cheap!!! This place needs to be shutdown! Yes the residents are cared for but its the minimum from what I saw. Im sorry. Do not put your family here!

Where to begin. First off, this place is full of roaches. It’s not hard to have a pest company come out once a week to get a problem under control, but they are probably too cheap to fix the problem. Secondly they treat people like they are in prison. Never giving proper access to their family or offering visiting hours that would work for any working individuals. No visits on the weekends and only between 10 and 12 during the week. So a two hour window to visit in the middle of a work week and the middle of a work day. They do t want us to see them because we would see how poorly they are treated. I will be moving my father as soon as I can find another place. He has been here for three months.

I came thur a agency to work here. If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. Please dont put your FAMILY HERE. If you have family here take them out ASAP. This place is so nasty. They have Roaches really bad. When it rains it rains in the patient rooms. They dont have hot running water. They dont have enough supplies. Its very, very hot in this place. This place is very outdated. They are always short staffed. They only have about 5 nurses that work here. They have about four to five different agencies in here working. I dont understand how the STATE have not SHUT them down. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Older facility, but great Care and wonderful atmosphere. Leaving your love one knowing they will be well taken care of.

I have to say I read previous reviews and was very worried however once I checked in everyone has been nice. I was treated like I was a part of their family. The physical therapist and occupational therapist were wonderful. Today I took over 2000 steps, I don’t remember the last time I took that many steps. I am motivated to continue 😀. There are too many names of staff members from nurses to the CNA’s and the therapy team to say thank you to as well as the admission and social worker. Thank you all for putting the pep back in my step.

Please don’t bring your love ones here they treat them horrible they don’t care about anyone my father who is alert says he been ringing his bell for hours no one came they left him in his diaper full of poop and then he has sores from not being change also my father complained he never ate lunch or dinner they not feeding him as well???????? How cruel can you be my father can speak English very well Nd they treat him like he can’t speak all those nurses care bout is getting a check at the end of there shift and that’s it please don’t bring your love ones here they are disgusting and I will complain bout y’all to bbb you need to be shut down immediately

***WARNING*** IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS DONT SEND THEM HERE! MY MOTHER HAD BED SORES AND NO ONE TOLD US! They let her sit in diarrhea for hours and didn’t change her.My mother was sent to a hospital and no one knew where she was. Grievances that are submitted are never followed up on. This place is horrible few people that work here actually care about the residents all they want is the check. The state has been out numerous times because of multiple incidents. AGAIN IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS DONT SEND THEM THERE!

Work at Fairburn Health Care under Joann Floyd the DON. Good facility if you need skills str8 out of nursing school. the starting pay $7.25 I feel like they could pay more and maybe people would stay longer. Staff isnt all that professional. Hopefully they change the Administration department. It would make a hell of a difference.

They were rough with my dad and bumped his head. He was severely dehydrated and had an infection. He was on his death bed, he was only there for 4 days.

They are getting sued they let my grandmother die mix medicines and gave her the wrong food dont take your love one there
