Brought in a prescription for my dog to have it ordered for pickup the following day. Came to pick it up and they said it hadn’t been ordered yet. 3 days of pain for my pup because of a mistake.

Fantastic staff always willing to help and go the extra mile Jacobe and Tammy are the best and really do care about your well-being, so if you see them when you have a question or concern try to deal with the truly nice and understanding people

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Their staff is condescending, lazy, and rude. The company makes policy choices that only account for their profit margins, not the well being or financial well fair of their clients.Communication is horrendous with this team. You don’t know there is a problem with your medication until you call and ask for a status update. Their text system is a joke. You’ll get the text that something is wrong after you call. If they need you to call your doctor for any reason you’ll have to call them to find out what the holdup is before they tell you what is needed. They are useless and stressful.

Unfriendly staff. Poor wait time. Mixed up my prescription. After a year I’m switching pharmacies. They made me go 2 days without taking medication because they kept mixing up my order!!

Their motto is the customer can always wait longer.

This has been my worst experience with a pharmacy. I was ill and wanted my script filled on my way home, they told me it would be an hour and then when I arrived they told me it would take another half hour. Do not use!!!

Unprofessional and rude. Closed early and got snotty with me when I asked if there was anyway they could get the prescription I needed.

If you ask a question or you mention an issue that youve had with the pharmacy they talk down to you and dismiss you nine times out of 10. There are probably two to three people that work here that will actually try to solve an issue that you have.Ive been using this pharmacy for several years, and Ive decided that I can no longer deal with the frustration so I will go ahead and try another pharmacy.
