I have been coming here for a few years now great facials and this was the second 12 package of facials I prepaid for and I was getting a facial a month until Covid and they closed up in March 2020. I had several of my sessions left and was anxiously awaiting them opening back up again. Through closures and reopening elsewhere I gave them the benefit of the doubt but now after over a year and them putting off opening every time they say they will for another few months, I am reluctant that they are going to even open and they are not refunding people. They say they will give you a credit to their products which are very limited and some massively overpriced. So disappointed! I have been in contact and they were supposed to send an email out about June schedule and now I was informed they arent opening until December 2021 ?!?!? WHY? everything is opened back up and has been for months. BEWARE

I bought a package prior to COVID as did Ginger and they are not refunding or or going to honor. I have 7 left. They told me they were not opening until August but it appears it has opened. I received nothing.Very sad

Nastran and her products are awesome. First, Nastran is a genuinely caring person. She cares more about my skin than I do! I truly miss my appointments with Nastran and am looking forward to when she opens up again. Second, Nastrans products are wonderful. The scrub is fantastic and leaves my face feeling smooth and bright. The face creams leave my skin feel soft, but firm to the touch and the tinted sunscreen is so light I dont feel it on my face. I miss you Nastran and hope you can open up again soon!

Nastran is the best! She is a chemist who knows her stuff! The time she takes to learn your exact skin type, and then recommend the exact treatments that your skin truly needs is amazing. I will not go anywhere else. I learned so much about my skin, and how to take care of it. I walked out with their line of skin care products, made completely local, and organic. If you have the chance, your skin will thank you for decades to come!

Schedule an appointment 3 weeks ago for 3 Pm, because of rainy weather paid overtime for baby sitter to come, got a call on 2:30 to reschedule !!?!?!!!!! I have to pay nanny anyway and the answer for all my question was “ sorry Nastaran in not here today!!!!!”
