I’ve never had electrolysis before coming to Lisa but felt completely comfortable from day one. Before the first session, Lisa explained the whole process and gave me some preparation tips to make it more efficient and comfortable. The main tip is to hydrate and drink lots of water before coming but NOT drinking caffeine or alcohol cause it dehydrates your skin....well hydrated skin helps her get the hairs out faster with less pinch! I usually take a couple Tylenol and some CBD about an hour before too.Lisas a real pro! She’s a knowledgeable, experienced professional and a compassionate human. I’ve been coming to Lisa for about 4 months now and she makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. She’s punctual, friendly, works quickly and efficiently and is reasonably priced…I couldn’t ask for more. Oh and it’s REALLY liberating to not have to shave or pluck those hairs anymore!!, wish I had done this sooner! If you’re considering electrolysis, I HIGHLY recommend Lisa!!!

I used Lisa for about 5 months of treatments. My last treatment was long and abit more painful then the others. I commented on this and ask Lisa to stop several times to allow me to reposition my neck( which was recently injured) and asked about how much longer the treatment was since I didn’t have my watch on. She became annoyed by these interruptions- stating that she never asks her dentists how much longer his treatments are. At the end she told me told me she was charging me more for her her discomfort at bending over and added 10 dollars to my charge without my consent. I have never been treated so rudely or callously by any service professional or health care worker. I will never go back.

I started seeing Lisa when dark and/or coarse hairs along my jawline and upper lip became unmanageable after going through menopause. Lisa is very professional; she explained the process, and that the results I sought could be achieved over time with consistent treatments. Now, after seeing her monthly for several months, my lip and jawline are clear. I am very pleased with the results! Her treatment room is always clean and tidy, she uses good sterile technique, and Lisa herself is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend her services.

I have seen Lisa the past year for electrolysis services. I had unwanted hair on my face and neck. I had tried various temporary methods including laser to get rid of the hair. Nothing worked. :-( Then I decided to try electrolysis because it is the only permanent hair removal approved by the FDA.Lisa told me that in the first few months of treatment I might not see noticeable results and to be patient. After approximately 6 months I started noticing a vast improvement. :-) I was greatly relieved! Lisa explained to me that this time frame varies from person to person. When I got my facial hair under control we were able to move onto other body areas. I have been extremely happy with the results from my sessions. :-) Lisa is a caring person and wants the best for her clients. I am engaged and my wedding is this fall. We talk about my upcoming wedding plans and Lisa has shared her funny vacation memories with me. We have great conversations which help pass the time. I have referred my friends and family to Lisa.

So. Sorry it has took so long. I was VERY nervous going into this. As I already am depressed. I LOVE Lisa. I had hair growing all over my face and uh under my eyes. I have been with her for 8-10 months and she does the BEST job. But more then that she is a awesome lady. The area is not in a area where many people are, so you can not be embarrased. That was my fear of people seeing me. No Im not done yet, but it is helping, not only my hair removal but my self esteem is building up aswell. Thanks for all you do. Much appreciated.

I went to Lisa about half dozen times (most hour sessions too), saw no results whatsoever. I went to someone new and noticed significant results after 4 sessions, which is normal. It is also normal practice to focus on one small area of the particular area of body being worked on before moving to next small area. She did not do that at all. Once I realized what she was doing, I stopped going to her. She also gossiped to me about her family throughout my sessions and got herself stirred up with agitation and took her agitation out on my session, which I got nothing out of but family gossip that had nothing to do with why I was there.

Great results and Lisa is very comfortable and friendly to be around. I always enjoy my appointments!
