I told Charla C. I tend to get lightheaded during blood draws and she talked through the whole thing. Really great energy and knew what she was doing. Didnt even feel a thing!

Absolutely some of the most inappropriate customer service I have ever experienced. Not one, but TWO Nurse Ratcheds! Angry and clearly feel their job is the only important job on this planet. None of us could possibly be as important. We are all under Covid stress. That doesn’t give anyone an excuse to be inexcusable.

Awesome service! Im the biggest baby when it comes to getting blood drawn but was by far the best experience Ive ever had. The two women working today were very professional and gentle.

Super clean and modern facilities. It is by appointment only right now due to COVID. Not sure why other posters were bothered by this so much. They allow you to check in by text and you can wait in your car (or go in to Freestyle or Trader Joes) while you wait. They send a text when they are ready for you. As someone who hates getting blood drawn, I would happily come back here again. Great group of ladies inside. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

If you make an appointment on-line they will get you in and out quickly. The employees at this locationAre the best!

I did not know you needed an appointment, was able to check in on the kiosk& although there was no one behind me, the rude short-haired lady told me it was appointment only now, no walk-ins. I could understand if there were a bunch of people there, but an empty waiting room? So very rude & unprofessional. Disgusting service!

Today I went in as walk-in. This facility is looking great in handling walk-in appointments, courteous to patients and handling lab exam. The phlebotomist Lacey V and Tedy Frakes are too good in handling people. I will recommend this facility to anyone for their courtesy.

Nurses were unbelievably rude. I am a live Kidney donor. I had called ahead to make sure I could get in for testing. The recording said 60 years of age and older may show up at 7 which I did and I was turned away. Even though I had talked to someone at the corporate office and was told I would be expedited the personal there sent me away. They were also telling people in line that it would take three to four hours if they did not have an appointment and this was at 7 in the morning when seniors were told to be there. I will never go back to that location again unbelievably rude personnel

This is my favorite location. I have difficult veins abs they get me with ease, every time.

Very professional and polite. I am 64. I arrived at 6:30 AM to be second in line. Got in and out 20 min after they opened. If not 60 plus, make online appointment.

My mom has a appointment on Monday 10:00am and another at 3 pm same dayThey could’t find they veins they hurt her so much terrible experience .

So if youre going to have someone working the front desk that person should be able to effectively communicate with patients. Also, phlebotomists should have good hygiene. Girl working looks like she rolled out of bed with yesterdays make-up on and the greasiest hair. GROSS!

This is the worst Quest I have ever come across. I have been to several over the years and was shocked. The receptionists was far more interested in letting everyone know she did not want to be there than in doing her job. I find it unlikely that any results are reliable.

Receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional...the lady taking my blood poked into my muscle and not my vein, had to have another lady come do it properly. On top of having to wait over an hour when there were only four customers there. The coyle ave location is a thousand times better and more professional....

As labs go these guys are very organized. The receptionist is also a phlebotomist. They had three on staff. When I arrived there were plenty of open seats. When I left 15 minutes later nearly all the seats were full. Dont bring your knitting - I did. You wont have time for it. ;)

Desk lady was rude.

Oh em gee. Is ZERO stars an option?!!? Ive never been so shocked by the complete disregard for customer service, especially in a medical facility. The staff were the rudest Ive ever encountered . And when I took a picture of their complaint info on the wall, they made sure I knew they did not care to keep my business. Not one smile, welcome, nothing but sign in on I pad and at the end sign print relationship on here. Horrible experience and Ill never go back there.

Had to wait almost 1.5h. only one doc available, computer issues at the front desk.. pretty much waste of time with no apologies

Horrible horrible organization. I made an appointment and have been waiting for 40 minutes already and no idea when I will be called in. In the past 15 minutes not a single person got called in - and there are 3 or 4 staff members walking back and forth.

Beyond horrendous experience. Run, do not walk to anyplace BUT this one! I followed the company letter to a T, made my appt through their idiotic automated system which doesnt even give you the option to speak with a live human so you can ensure everything is right before you get there. I starved myself all night (Im hypoglycemic), arrived early just in case. I presented to not one but two very rude, incompetent receptionists (one was a young 20-something kid, the second one obviously was ESL speaking) and said they couldnt find me in the computer (I even had my confirmation code for them) and was sent away. Oh anyone can come in here with THAT they told me about my letter, you need to be in the computer. REALLY? So, ok, let me get this straight--theres some kind of run on rogue patients with nothing else to do with their precious time but walk in to your moronic facility and have one of your carbon copy shmucks who were too lame to survive nursing school draw my blood?? Seriously?? The only saving grace is that I didnt make it that far--clearly they would have fed that up too. OH AND btw, THANK YOU TO SHANNON CALLAHAN--I took your advice and booked at Coyle Avenue (this was a non optional blood test requirement by my husbands company for his health insurance) and the difference was night and day! Reception desk was professional and friendly and didnt even NEED my insurance card to process me. I was probably seen within 15 minutes and Emilia who took my blood and stats was an absolute dream...

I asked to do cash pay. Possible intubal pregnancy front dask said irs to much time to check, and she has no time then finally she checked it. As i was thinking under 30 seconds she said your waisting my time. I will cancle you you and put you back to begining of line which is about 2 hr away. And i already been here over one hour. Horrible costumer service very unprofessional

Terrible and pointless. You get in an unending circle, cannot get a real human and thus cannot clarify that you need an early morning appointment because fasting, without regard to the day, within a two week period. You are thus forced to show up early and wait hours till your turn comes. Two weeks ago, I made an appointment for my son. They ignored it and took others ahead of us. Then announced an hour later that we were at the wrong Quest location and sent us to a different one. SAD.

The ladies here are soooo stupid literally they have no idea what their doing!!! Even if you make an appointment they will have you wait for hours!

They even do not deserve zero the rudest and dumb staff disrespectful and arrogant I dont know how did they hire.

Friendly but understaffed to the point of compromising patient data at the front desk. The front desk person was playing multiple roles leaving sign in information (name, DOB, address, phone and email) unattended. Left documents behind the desk face up where anyone standing there could read them. The wait was 45 minutes too.

Really very rude.
