Very pleasant experience at my new Dentist. They were very concerned with providing me a pain free visit attending to my aging teeth and gums. They provided text reminders of up coming appointments to keep me on time.

All of the people I have met and who have treated me have been invariably good-natured and amiable. Dr Kuprienko worked efficiently on me, always with consideration of my comfort and anxiety level. I’ve had many dentists over my 75 years, and only one other has equaled her.

Dr. Kuprienko is super attentive and thorough, her staff are also very polite. Making appointments is easy and they are always willing to work with me. Highly recommend!

I mentioned that because I want to impress upon you the reason I feel so strongly about recommending Dr. Kuprienko to you.If you want to establish with a dentist who will know you and your family/needs for years to come than this is the office for you.Dr. Kuprienko is an experienced DMD who takes an enormous amount of pride in what she does.I am challenging patient who needs an extensive amount of dental work that needs to be done. I have put it off for years because each visit I have experienced in the past has felt like torture.I have a narrow palate and a deviated septum which makes it very difficult for me to breathe through my nose. Previously for years I have been going to a dentist who was telling me I need deep cleaning to get my insurance money and cleaning was performed by a hygienist. Dr. Kuprienko does cleaning herself. Dr. Kuprienko is a specialist in her field and uses new technology and equipment. She is honest and trustworthy. Truly cares about her patients and follows up with patients after major procedures. Dr Kuprienko is skilled and honest. While I love her personality, I care more about a dentist recommending work I actually need. She also gives good advice that I need to hear for my dental health. She doesn’t patronize me at the expense of my health. I’m super comfortable with Dr Kuprienko.

I chose this dentist based on my location. Initially, the interactions with this dentist and her staff members seemed to be on the up and up; with a friendly staff, seemingly honest interactions and information, and a seemingly caring follow up text, I cannot make or receive calls where I live. I appreciated the information I received as it was communicated as very immediate and important that I get a $900+ set of procedures. I asked about payment plans due to paying in cash and was told that paying 2/3 up front was doable. I brought it back up at my next appointment and was scoffed at. That was red flag number one. Being treated like a liar was more than off putting, it was disrespectful, hurtful, unprofessional, and it killed the trust. Then the dentist tells me that the procedures she insisted were 100% necessary were now not that important and I could do without about $600 of the initially quoted work. That was red flag number two. Red flag number three hit at the same time when I realized she caused me unnecessary anxiety, straining my heart and other body systems, as well as realizing I was being treated this way because I wasnt seen as important as someone who had the entire $900+ up front. I questioned the dentist and was given the assurance that I only needed the $300+ of work and that the other work wasnt necessary. Being in a semi emergent state I agreed and got the procedure. A couple of weeks into healing I texted the dentist to get clarification about the procedure discrepancies as well as to ask why I wasnt told what to expect for a certain part of my healing. I was then told they left a VM. I could not leave my house to get or make a call or access my vm, which I communicated. Then I was told the same thing about another vm being left, red flag number four. If you know I can only use text then why call when I cannot access the information... perhaps because youre being unethical? I believe this to be true now. I sent one more message expressing that I can only get and send text messages etc etc and have been ignored completely now. The absolute disrespect is atrocious. Find someone honest to work with.

Dr. Kuprienko has the BEST technique when it comes to painless injections. I was waiting for her to numb me and suddenly I started feeling the numbness .I was AMAZED that she said its already done. I have been looking for a dentist for a while and someone just referred me with Dr. Kuprienko. I was really impressed with her and her staff members. Everyone is so nice and they make you feel like family. Dr Kuprienko seemed really honest and didn’t try to sell me extra procedures. If you are looking for someone preofessional and that treats you like family this is the right place for you.

Dr. Kuprienko is a wonderful dentist! She is calm, skilled, and gentle. I am losing my dentist-anxiety because of her ability! I usually dont have work beyond a cleaning so am anxious if I need any work done. But having her work twice now, and having no discomfort, I think I will feel more calm if/when I need dental work in the future.

I had a great teeth cleaning by Crystal. She was very knowledgeable about explaining proper brushing and flossing and what gum disease is.

I would not recommend Dr Kuprienko. I really wanted to like her so that I wouldn’t have to search for a new dentist after Dr Wanier retired, however, she was not a good fit for me.She came off really judgmental and almost managed to make me feel really bad that I had dental work done in the past. One of the first questions she asked was “Was there not fluoride in the water where you grew up?” 😳It was a really awkward and uncomfortable visit. I left her office feeling discouraged (I never felt like that leaving a dentist’s office before!) If I wasn’t in total shock from what just happened, I probably would have left sooner.I do want to say that the dental hygienist Crystal is amazing and if you do have to go there, you can be sure you’ll have a great hygienist.Dr Wanier will be greatly missed... 😭
