I’ve had this dentist for years, now they are out of network but I really can’t go anywhere else. They are so gentle, I never have pain, and are very thorough.I’ve been to other dentists that try to lie about things to bring you back for, like you have 7 cavities, and then you go to Kristi Alexander, and she says you don’t. It’s so hard to find a good dentist these days! This is your dentist!

I moved here from Santa Rosa 5/2020. I had my dentist there for 20+ years and was very nervous to find a new dental office. I immediately felt welcome by the whole friendly office staff. Dr Kristi (forgot her last name) is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable offering options for me to consider. I had a pretty deep cleaning today and the hygienist (forgot her name also) was very in touch with me asking me constantly if it hurt. She suggested numbing me as I have one bad tooth that has a deep pocket that needed to be deep cleaned. I am glad she did as it was much less painful, obviously, and she did a very good job with the shot. I would highly recommend this mostly woman ran dental office. Oh, and the receptionist knew more about my delta dental insurance than I did on the spot.

Always a good experience. Dr Alexander and her staff are so welcoming, helpful and professional. It’s not often a person can say they look forward to going to the dentist, but in this case it’s true. The condition of my teeth and gums has never been better, and the staff gives me the guidance, encouragement & support to help keep them that way.

I went in with a cracked tooth, thinking crown, but to my surprise, only needed a filing! Dentist was awesome, didnt feel novacaine shot, and no pain during procedure! Office staff is exceptional!

I absolutely love Dr. Alexander and her staff. They put their staff and patient safety number one. I also love that they take a conservative approach to dental work recognizing that it is expensive. If you’ve ever been to a dentist where all of a sudden you need 5 crowns and a bunch of fillings you know what I’m talking about. They are top notch!

I Love the atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door, soothing music, the sound of laughter, and you can tell that everyone loves what they are doing. Helping people to take care of their teeth and to get rid of any pain you might have. It’s always been a no pain zone for me in her office, I really appreciate that and no worries. Just come in and they take care of you with love and humor.

Dr. Alexander is the kindest and one of the best dentists I’ve ever know. She is really great at communicating what’s going on with my mouth and what’s a reasonable way to proceed.She also has a laser, she used it on my daughter who had several small fillings. It was great that she didn’t have to get a shot and no numb mouth!!

We love Kristi Alexandar and her staff. They always make us feel comfortable and like part of the family. We moved from Gold River 10 years ago to east Sacramento. Our drive is far but we wouldnt even think of going anywhere else. They are the best.

So happy we got referred to this dentist. Every staff member knows you by name and treats you like family. Kristi is very knowledgeable and explains everything is great detail that it’s understandable. The facility is small, yet homey. They are very attentive to details, such as providing toothbrush, floss and toothpaste in the bathrooms. Happy to continue going here and bringing my children once they get some teeth 😆

Ive always been afraid of dentists. When I moved to Fair Oaks 7 years ago and had a dental emergency Dr. Alexander and her staff were the best place to land for excellent care and patient support. Im so thankful I found this practice and appreciate all the help and concern theyve given me over the years.
