Ive been using Amazing Lash Studio for quite awhile now. Ive been to a few locations depending on what area I was living in at the time. About 8 months ago I switched to this location and the experience was actually pretty good. Fast forward 8 months and I am extremely dissatisfied. The manager, Shay, is nice but its literally like she just hired her friends to work the front desk. One girl in particular is the most ghetto, unprofessional person Ive met... and Ive met some real gems... This girl legit sits on her phone watching videos, talking on the phone and literally wears slippers to work... And omg is she rude. She is so off-putting. If the lash tech messes up on your lashes and you get a bunch of fallout they literally will just lie and say you have to wash your lashes, caked on makeup will create lash fallout. Not only do I wash my lashes every. single. time.... I DONT WEAR MAKEUP!!! Needless to say, I will not be going to this location again. They can keep that negative energy amongst themselves. Do not recommend.

I had Taylor touch up my lashes and her technique was flawless. Very professional and I could tell she was carefully applying the lashes and taking care to adhere each extension as she worked. I am so happy Taylor was available this morning to help me! I feel like I found my new stylist. ( I was so relaxed I fell asleep) . Thank you for the great service. Her table was clean and comfortable. She warned me when she used the fan, so as to not startle me. The front office space was clean and tidy. The scheduler was friendly and helpful. What a difference a day makes! :)

The best customer service I have ever experienced. As soon as I walked in, the staff were so delightful and welcoming. The level of care to every detail of whole experience is just amazing. I drove 47 minutes to that location and will do it again.

I have seen several professionals for eyelash extensions in folsom and Roseville locations but Taylor so far is the best one of them all. Perhaps I’ll regret writing this review if everyone starts booking her and her availability will be slimmer but never the less, she deserves the credit!! She takes the time to listen and does an amazing job at delivering far more than what I expected. She definitely has the skill for lashes, I hope she goes far. Thank you so much Taylor!!

I had my lashes down by both Audrey and Rhiannan. They were absolutely wonderful. I used to only see master stylists but these gals have done a better job than the master stylists I’ve had in the past. They discussed my options, shared their opinions, and I could NOT be happier with the results. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. 10/10. Kanisha was very kind and ensured I received top tier service.Also…. they’re so sweet while they put up with me rambling for an hour!

5 stars to Carla and Shay, they got me in ASAP and explained everything so well. they were rockstars and so helpful. my only issue was with the girl who did my lashes, i asked her if she could do a full volume but did a hybrid even though i offered to pay more. when she was finished doing my lashes she didn’t even show me them, i had to find a mirror myself nor asked if i liked them. also no tips for after care or anything. for the money i paid i just feel that it was a loss and i could of spent that amount somewhere with a lash tech that gives the customers what they want and does what they ask. i hope when i come back for my fill in 2 weeks it’s better.

I just had my second appointment, this time instead for a full set of eyelash extensions. My estheticians name was Morgan. She was phenomenal!!! She told me she had only been working there for about 3 weeks. I thought she had been working there for much longer. She took into account what I was wanting for my extensions. Her manner was kind and professional. The way she did my extensions was detailed and meticulous. I could not be happier!!! I will only be going to her from now on! And not just because we have the same first name. 😉

On my first couple visits, my lash extensions were only lasting a week despite doing everything recommended to prevent “fall out”. I wasn’t able to get in for a fill due to my schedule and the stylists being booked at the times I was available. I was about to give up and cancel my membership when I finally got an appointment with Taylor. I haven’t had any problems since. My lashes last at least 2 weeks now and look fantastic. Taylor is very professional and nice. I highly recommend her.

Audrey is a protectionist and does a great job! The studio’s staff are very professional and it’s very clean. I feel they could use more stylists though because it’s hard to get in with less than 2 or 3 weeks ahead. Still Audrey is a Rock Star!

I got a full set of lashes that lasted less than a week. I went in for a fill and they told me they would have to charge me for a full set. I did everything they suggested. I bought the expensive lash wash and the little brush and I took care of them exactly as I was told. I was not about to spend another $200 for less than a week of pretty lashes. No effort was made to make things right. Super bad service. I will never go here again. Save your money and buy some cute fake lashes. They are easier to maintain and dont cost an absurd amount of money for a super short term look. Oh they also still charged me for canceling the appointment. This place is a scam.

She was able to keep the flow of answers to my questions and I got to know her on a personable level which I insisted as I was in the chair for 2 hours with eyes closed I mean yes ofc I would like to know the professional whom is doing my lashes. The lady up front was very cheerful and overall did her job very well. She had no attitude which I found uncommon in any beauty indrusty. She greeted with a smile and made sure my experience was pleasant. I aperciate all my questions being answered and I aperciate the professionalism of this location and there staff. Super disappointed with their lash services. I am now on my second full set of lashes that fell out In 4 days! The first time it happend they said because it was 5 days past my service I would have to pay for a second set, I said ok and asked to speak to the manager.... I paid for the second set thinking the girl I used was new or had bad glue, and I would hear from management so I could report the issue.The second set fell out too... within days!!! I called to cancel and was told in two seperate calls they would send me their cancel paperwork, they did not! I had to drive there and cancel in person... luckily the manager was there she said she would look into the issue and call me the next day to let me know it was done. Again there was no call or follow up.. avoid this place! Im now out 💵 and did not get what I paid for!

So 3 days ago i got full set , the night after my chest started to burn i wanted to cough i felt like couldn’t breathe, currently my eye lids are red and swollen including swollen bags under my eyes. Today I called them to get the lashes removed and they told me that they have no available time , i explained that i have bad reactions and need to take them off immediately and she kept telling that they dont have time. That’s CRAZY , for them is priority to get ppl money but not health. I would never EVER recommend that place. Stuff are not professional at all.

The lash tech did not do a patch test. I want a full refund. And they also have a sensitive adhesive that they never mentioned, that they could have used. The first night having them on I couldnt sleep because a lash was poking my eye and was so irritating my eye couldnt stop watering. I couldnt breathe that night and started breaking out in hives(still having trouble breathing two days later). My lash line was/is swollen and itchy my face is itchy, arms, legs, ears, neck and covered in hives. I had trouble sleeping the past two nights because my eyes were burning and itching the worst. I payed $139 for the lash extensions and I will never get them ever again. Currently at urgent care and called out of work to resolve this break out. A lot of the lash extensions fell out because I wasnt able to stop itching my eyes. Waste of money.

The Amazing Lash Studio is a great place to get your lashes done! It’s very clean and the staff is always so nice! However, the biggest reason I repeatedly go to Amazing Lash Studio in Fair Oaks is because of Kay. Kay is my lash stylist and I have never met anyone in the beauty business who takes care of their clients like she does! Kay is always so friendly and makes sure to develop a personal relationship with every one of her clients! On top of that, she is fantastic at her job, she’s so precise and very fast! My lashes always turn out perfect when I go to see her! I won’t go to anyone else to get my lashes done!

Alyssa is amazing! My lashes last a long time. She’s always willing to change up my length as I become more comfortable with them being on. She is kind and her service is of value and high quality!

Go to Taylor! She is AMAZING! It took me a few full sets with different stylist to figure it out, but trust me! I am such a perfectionist with OCD and I am always pleased with her work. You will not go wrong with Taylor! Taylor knows what she is doing. I am so happy with her customer service and she is the sweetest soul there! Tell her what you want and she will make it happen.

Carlie is the best! I wish I could give her 6 stars! My lashes stay on for so long, even after washing them! She does a great job and is always so friendly! Love this place! Everyone is so great- even reception!

Always a great experience

Hate to do this but the person who did my lashes was amazing was very nice made me feel at home. But the management really has been unprofessional. I had to get my lashes fixed twice after getting them done originally its been a nightmare. When I asked to get them redone the first time I was told I couldnt get them done at the place I originally got them. I got them done at the Fair oaks location and they told me I had to go to the Folsom location. I got them done a second time at a place called Jolie spa And it was amazing but the original lashes still fell out leaving my lashes really uneven so I had to get them done a third time but this time I had to Uber out to the Folsom location which was about $60 Uber both ways and of course I had to tip every single time I went and got my lashes done 25 the first time 30 the second time 25 the third time that adds up. Overall management is not the best.. And just called me now to say that they saw my two-star review originally and that as a lash model I should have known the repercussions. Wow I didnt expect half my lashes to fall out who could have known that who could have known that.

Carlie does a wonderful job making my lashes look perfect. My eyes look so much sexier after shes done with me!She is a perfectionists, she is my number one stylist!!!

Poor service. On multiple occasions the stylist was running late. The past two times were AWFUL. Most recently, the last artist ran 30 minutes late (out of a 60 minute service) so I was duped out of the full service, but they had no problem collecting for the full service and putting their hand out for a tip. I reached out to the manager 3 times but have yet to hear back. The prior visits the lash artist had no clue what she was doing, it looked as though the fill never happened. There are a few employees who do great, but difficult finding a time slot. If you can squeeze in with Kay, they look great, but need to book far in advance. Manager doesn’t seem to care about the poor service and ripping clients off, so no longer giving this company my business.

Kanisha and K were very helpful, knowledgeable and were very nice! I joined the membership and most definitely will be returning. Excellent service ☺️

Beware. This business suspended all accounts due to Covid. I never received a phone call letting me know of the shut down or reopening. The shutdown occurred months ago. I was unable to reach anyone to stop my subscription. While they were closed I discovered Lashify!! (Amazing BTW)Well, I missed a call from Lash Studio yesterday and today had $119 pulled from my account! They refuse to reverse the charge because I didn’t give notice. Are you kidding me? Bad business practices.Heading to my bank to flag the charge & cancel my debit card. What a mess.

Omg, this place is amazing! The staff is SO friendly and down to earth. They take the time to explain EVERYTHING to you, from what to expect during the procedure, to after care. The rooms are small and cozy, soft music plays, and you get a warm blanket. Nai is amazing, she has the most steady hands, and shes fast! I LOVE my lashes! Will reccomend ALS to all my friends! 😍

Kay is the best. Kay is my favorite she does the fullest lashes. Im picky and have gone through 7+ stylists and kay is the one! Shes so sweet and with other stylists i always either have Fallout or notice that half my lashes arent lashed when I just got a fill ...all the girls there do a good job though but kay is ocd with her work ot has to be perfect and it is! just keep an eye on when you come out of your appointment look at your eyelashes make sure you love them or youre going to have issues. K is the best stylist there she has always been top-notch and always make sure to go above and beyond what shes expected to I have never been disappointed with her and shes the only reason why Im still at this location! Love her!!!😁💕😘

Ok. For starters I would not recommend there fraudulent membership. I went in with my wife and they offer you this membership that was supposed to include refills because they don’t last more than 2 or 3 weeks. She gets done and they schedule another appointment for 2 weeks. My wife went in 2 weeks later for the touch up. She gets done and we leave. Then they call telling my wife that her payment didn’t go through. We weren’t ever told about the charge for the refills. Also, why didn’t they run her card and get a signature while she was there doing the refills. So the manager tells my wife forget about paying for the refills because they never informed us about having to pay. They make it sound like it’s included in this “membership”. So we didn’t go back because I m my opinion that’s not how you take care of a customer properly. Now it’s 2 months later. My wife hasn’t been back to even use their services and they bill my card without authorization for $140.00 without consent. Mind you if you want to cancel your membership you have to take time to drive clear across town when you work all day and sign a paper so they will stop billing your card. By the way. My due date is the 12th. Why they charge it on the 28th I’ll never know. How do I find out who owns this establishment?
