This care center did a great job in caring for our close friend during his recent decline and passing. The Barrington Unit was particularly caring, comforting and kind. I was there very often and was able to observe first hand what a wonderful job they do taking care of the residents no matter what their level of health. Very grateful for their service.

My father in law was at Eskaton Fair Oaks for 2 months. The staff were amazing with him and his care. They were very friendly and went out of there way to make the whole family feel welcome. They even let my 9 year old son come race cars with grandpa while grandma played the piano. Thank you Eskaton Fair Oaks for taking such good care of my family. You are amazing!!!

Its really an amazing places, the staff are wonderful and careful, my loved ones are really been taking care of.

The staff in this facility has been consistently wonderful in the loving care that they have given to my mother and the manner in which they communicate and deal with our family members. In the 10 months that our mother has been a resident here, we have been extremely pleased with this facility and the caregivers. It looks clean, smells clean and the residents seem happy and well-cared for.

Facilites are old and dirty. nurses could use some manners. left patient waiting for over an hour after they hit the call button. shame on kaiser for contracting with them. The only positive from tonight was Chase, the CNA.

My mom was there for PT for her foot. She was a fall risk. However she was not being confined to her bed. She got up to go potty unaded and she fell and broke her left hip and dislocated her right shoulder.

Jan. 12, 2018WARNING !!! Please do not place your loved one here. When you challenge the social worker on the lack of care your loved one is receiving, they fake revoke your power of attorney, make up false statements about you and then withhold you visiting or talking on the phone to your loved one. It took me two years and a lawyer to be able to visit. I just found out the the social worker has decided to play lawyer and have my grandma (who can not speak or really understand) sign her house over to another family member that has not had anything to do with grandma for 12 years, until now, because they are broke and want money. The social worker was even disrespectful to my lawyer and for this whole amount of time my grandma has not been allowed to get out to see her dermatologist to receive care for her on going issue with skin cancer. Your loved one is better off anywhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!UPDATE - Feb. 11 2018When my grandma entered Eskaton the social was informed that my grandma had the beginning stage of kidney failure and would/could need dialysis, due to the lack of care my grandma is in stage 4 of kidney failure. My Grandma was NEVER taken to the doctor for care, Eskaton let her get this bad. PLEASE, DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONE GET PLACED HERE!!!

The people are so nice here.

Completely unacceptable care upstairs ! Minimal care, attention, treatment. Patients stare at blank white walls; no TV, magazines, newspapers, or human interaction.Disgraceful !!! Should be shut down !!!
