Talk about laziness. You always have to be on top of them to get things done. The receptionist is rude, with an attitude. I requested a prescription for my father three days before his appointment. I kept calling them to ask if the prescription was ready and everytime I called, they said they will call me back whenever it is. The day before his appointment I called and asked if the prescription was ready, and guess what it still wasnt ready. I told the receptionist to please have it ready because my fathers appointment is the next day and and mentioned I had requested it three days ago, and she gave me attitude. MEANWHILE, my brother tells me the doctors office called him and told him the prescription is ready to be picked up and they even faxed it to my dads appointment yesterday. WHAT! I literally just got off the phone with them and the receptionist told me it WASNT ready and now my brother tells me that they are saying they faxed it to my dads appointment yesterday!? So much hassle just to get a prescription...

Dr. Mansoora Chaudry is the greatest PCP I have ever seen. I have been going to her for approx 10 years now. She is caring, gentle mannered and so helpful.5 stars all around

Best PCP I or anyone in my family has ever seen. Patient care is truly a priority here.
