Visited this place today for the first time & had a very good experience. Dr.Basel Batarseh he explained everything I needed to know. You feel welcomed right away. He was fantastic. He makes you feel comfortable. Im so happy to found him. It doesnt hurt he was gentile only took a few minutes. Im a happy client. I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this Doctor

I had facial in Plaza Health @ Wellness center. It was such a relaxing experience. I saw immediate difference on my face with very good result. The employees are very professional and friendly and the place look fresh and clean. i will try Botox and filler next time.

I’ve been there multiple times was never disappointed.super friendly staff always take last-minute appointments. Dr El Kalili is amazing I’m so glad I switched to this office . I had an EKG done today by a girl named Bella she was very professional and friendly And made sure that I was comfortable. Keep up the good work !

The FIVE stars are for Dr. Batarseh. He is the best. As for his office staff they get -10..............Just plain rude and nasty showing NO respect or compassion. They act as if they are doing you a favor. If it were my office I would fire everyone. The sad part is that they reflect Dr. Batarsehs reputation and I know of two patients that have left due to his staffs incompetence. Plenty of people looking for a job. In my opinion, clean house and start training a new staff on proper office procedure.

Staff needs more training in understanding patient needs and listening skills. Staff also needs to provide the patient with relevant information after checking with doctor especially on phone calls rather than giving generic answers. Medical care is specific and issues should be addressed only by doctor and not the staff providing general information over the phone. Staff needs training in keeping the patient engaged during the course of a treatment and provide timely status updates to patient if things are stuck or denied in the process like insurance rather than just ignoring it completely and not informing the patient at all. Todays world is all about communication and patient should kept in loop

Ive been seeing Dr. B for 20 years. Hes the best PCP in the area. He remembers everything even if I havent seen him in awhile. He gives the best advice and finds solutions that work for you. He legitimately cares about his patients wellbeing.

Dr. Batarseh is the BEST. He takes the time to listen and also explain in detail. I have never waited more then 15 minutes and I have been a patient for almost 20 years. I lived in the area but 6 years ago moved south. It takes me almost two hours to get to his office but he is well worth the ride. He took care of my mother until she passed and was very comforting at that very stressful and difficult time. There is no other doctor like him.

Dr. Batarseh has been with the family for years. Despite all the hype we still go. He has a great bedside manner, listens to you and addresses your needs. The office staff is horrible. Doesnt answer the phone, Say they will do things and they dont. Never take messages off machine. Doesnt work with pharmacy. Need a new staff.

This is the most disappointing office staff I have ever dealt with in my life. Absolutely disorganized with zero respect for your time - will book appointments they cannot accommodate and will turn you away with no apology. Will not return, would not recommend if you’re someone who doesn’t have unlimited free time.

Great doctor. Used him only a few time because Im healthy but when when I went to him he was very professional and I did not wait long to see him at all. He has become my doctor since I moved to Fair Lawn

Dr. Batarseh has been my doctor for a few years now. I knew of him from working at Valley Hospital and knew that he always has great bedside manners with the patients that is why I started seeing him and made him my PCP. He always has time to listen and address his patients concerns. I get sick a lot and every time I call, his staff is pleasant and always takes time to fit me into their already hectic schedule. If I call the same day, Dr. Batarseh will see me the same day or the next day. Unlike other doctors Ive been to they make me wait a week or few days before I am seen. This is never the case with this office. They are very flexible and wait times to see the doc are not an hour long like other places. Ive always had a positive experience with this office. Both Dr. Batarseh and Dr. Elkhalili are great!

Staff sucks. You call if they are busy the just hang up on youI have a been calling for 3 hours HUNG UP ON EACH TIME now because they are closed the girl picks up. The site says hes open till 7 pm on Friday its 430 and the girl said they are closed. Disgrace

Doctor is excellent but the office staff are the worst.

If I could give this office ZERO stars I would. Waited approximately Forty minutes to see the doctor, whom never showed. I asked for refund of my co-pay and right now going to call my Health Insurance Carrier in order for his office NOT to put in a claim. Do yourself a favor and choose another doctor in Fair Lawn NJ.
