Honestly I never do reviews but in this case it’s warranted. Easily the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff was friendly professional and just plain great at what they do. Every aspect of my experience was top notch. Go to this office, you will be in good hands. I’m switching my entire family to them and recommending my employees go there as well.

I was sick and was experiencing COVID symptoms. I called the day before to cancel my appointment and they wouldn’t let me. Apparently they have a 2 day cancellation policy during a pandemic and decided to charge me $75. Never will I go back to them.

Is it weird that I have a lovely time at the dentist? Is it also weird that my 4 year old asked to go back to the dentist mere moments after we left? I think it’s rare but it’s true. Fairlawn promenade is awesome and Dr. Furman is just the most wonderful person. She is real, remembers details about you that have nothing to do with dentistry and is just overall the most lovely person ever.

I’ve been going to Promenade Dental Care for a few years and always been satisfied but they really stepped up during Covid - I feel very safe and comfortable going in as there are many precautions put in place to protect everyone in the office. And as always, Dr Furman as well as the entire staff are careful, patient, and are helpful in taking care of any dental issues.

Beautiful office. Clean. Very modern with nice technology. Virtually no wait time. Friendly and attentive receptionist. Taken in right away. Great dental hygienist, Maria. (Probably the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had!). TV monitors at each station to entertain patient while they are undergoing their procedures. Nice music in the background. Dr. Furman was kind and explained everything that was happening with my teeth, which I appreciated. Checkout was easy. Made my next appointment and they even let me know what my estimated costs would be! Overall an excellent patient experience.

They are very professional you get there you call them they make sure everything is ready for you to go in They take your temperature and also make you clean your hands as soon as you get in. The staff is great . The place is a happy place to go very pretty

Normally I get completely nervous and uncomfortable when having to visit the dentist but the service at Promenade Dental put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. It’s a very clean environment with friendly and welcoming staff. They also had a nice TV while you’re in the chair and the chair even had a massage setting.The Dentist walked me through everything that I needed and explained all details and made me feel comfortable throughout the filling process. I would highly recommend this place to a friend.

Today I had my cleaning and it went very smoothly. I was taken right back and the hygienist took her time and very carefully cleaned my teeth, which can be quite sensitive at times. Dr. Rodriguez did a quick and thorough exam and I was on my way. I love their beautiful office and am so appreciative that they work on Sundays.

Ive been going to Promenade Dental since their location opened in Fair Lawn. The dental care is top notch and pro-active. The dental hygienists do great work. The office is nice and there is always parking available. Use of technology to fill our forms and get reminders is very convenient.

First time customer and I enjoyed my experience. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable. They have your best interest at heart when making recommendations and take the time to listen to your concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Wow, what a great experience. I had to go here for an emergency on a Sunday and they were able to see me within 30 minutes of calling even though they were completely booked. I’m super thankful for them even though they aren’t my regular dentist, i might have to switch. The facility is super clean and modern and the people working there are great and positive.

I love Dr Furman Yiska ! Amazing skills, knowledge, touch and compassion for patients. Pleasure going to a dentist. Imagine during covid - strictest of precautionary practices including the many layers of masks they wore and the equipment had all been kept in plastic - ! Staff was over prepared and ready. Billing was paperless.

They are very professional, and friendly. They respect your time and take you promptly. The dental care I receive has been excellent since I began going there. Besides the usual cleanings and cavity care, I was fitted with a partial plate and the job was top notch. Dr. Furman was meticulous about fitting the plate.

I have been a patient for a few years and have been fairly pleased with all of my treatment. I especially loved my hygeniest Gina and was extremely saddened and shocked when I found out she was no longer there. (Although Maria was great). But the real kicker was when I called soon after I heard the news about Gina to find out Rachel wasnt there anymore either. The whole atmosphere in the office has changed, and Im not sure I will be returning. Makes me wonder what kind of employer she is to lose 2 outstanding employees so suddenly..

The front desk manager Rachel is great too, shes very clear, super organized and made sure I knew everything about the cost and office policies are upfront so I could make informed choices according to my personal budget. Every time I walk into this modern office (with a spacious but quiet vestibule) I am greeted by attentive and nurturing staff. They ensure a comfortable reception and a seamless and sign-in process. In no time, I am taken in, evaluated, or treated by the bright and energetic dentist, Dr. Yiska Furman. She is highly trained and can skillfully handle many dental emergencies, heal tooth or gum disease, perform dental restoration, or just make a smile shine. She is also very friendly, so expect to be engaged in a little bit of a small talk. The place is spotless, bright, up-to-date, and equipped with flat-screen TV sets and cable programming in every room, which also helps me relax and zoom out while their PROs do their work.

The dentist did a decent job. However, this place is all about making money. The receptionist claimed that she couldnt find my insurance and charged me in full prior to the procedure. Terrible business .

What a pleasure to walk into a doctor/dentist office and be greeting by smiles. Walking into Promenade Dental Care I have NEVER been greeted with other than a smile and a friendly Hello.As for the work I have gotten. This time I had Dr. Rodriguez, and she was very good, and explained everything.

I absolutely love Promenade Dental. The staff is wonderful and the cleanings are quick and painless. I always hated going to the dentist until I started going to Promenade. Now going to the dentist is a relaxing hour to watch tv and have my teeth cleaned.
