Absolutely no help at all. Took a bunch of x rays and never even went over them with me. Took blood work and have no record of it. Oh but here take a cortisone shot for what. You don’t even know what’s wrong. Was there back in 2014 and they misdiagnosed me. Only reason I went back now is because my primary care wanted me too. Sorry but your service is horrible. Don’t waste your money here. There are many other places to go.

I had a cortisone shot 10 weeks ago. I have been in severe pain 10 + I have tried calling Three times no one will call me back. I expected some pain but this is Debilitating I cant walk more than 10 feet without having to sit. I dont know what to do anymore ER isnt going to help. I am at my whits end. I wake up crying and I go to bed crying. I cant work or do anything for that matter. The doctors are wonderful but I need a doctor that will listen and help me. I know with the pandemic its not easy but I feel forgotten and in severe pain.

What?!!! Who the heck wrote these bad reviews. I am a current post surgical patient and all of the professionals have been outstanding. Pre-surgical, surgical, and post surgical treatment. BTW, at nearly 69, I have never broken anything and Im happy that my treatment is here.

I called trying to see a doctor after I broke my pinky finger after Thanksgiving. They only let me see assistants, took X-rays at both visits (6 weeks apart), and did nothing. I told them at my first visit that I depend on the functioning of my fingers as a music teacher using the piano all day. They moved me to therapy who never contacted me. The wait was always 40 minutes at least and this in Corona times. My finger does not look right and I need to find a different place just because they dont do their job right.

Dr Peelman was great working with our son but as usual, Core customer service and service fee policy for getting a copy of X-ray’s will push us to choose Access or Atlantic next time. Too bad Core hasn’t figured out the customer/patient side of things after all these years.

I went there after a work injury and all they could figure out was that I had a broken arm they never wrote nothing about my right wrist after I said something to them and put me in physical therapy when my bone wasn’t even fully healed and the cartilage was still torn I personally think they suck I never even seen a doctor there if they have doctors I think it’s just run by nurses and medical staff no real doctor if you’re hurt please do not go there if you have the coronavirus go there and don’t tell them.

I had a very rough time dealing with their financial department. If they ask for a deposit it might be more time/effort than you expect to get it back. My surgeon was great and attentive, Everything else Is a hassle.

I give my doctor 5 stars, but the check in and out a 1 star. It takes way too long.
