I had to go for a test before my medical procedure. They did the test efficiently, though, I had to wait when no one was before me. They said the results would be 24-48 hrs. My daughter had the same test at Portsmouth Hospital 🏥 and the results were quicker.Registration was easy, no need for an appointment, staff⚕️ friendly and I was given a new facemask.
These have been my primary care providers for my entire life. Prior to COVID restrictions, i wouldve held this hospital up in the same light as the great ones in Boston. Now that doctors and nurses have a new avenue to inflict authority and orders on their patients, the quality of care has nose dived. They no longer even want you in the building if you werent sent there by one of THEIR primary care doctors. Even for a lab or a blood draw.I was sent to get a lab done by a prescriber and was bascially given the bums rush out of the place like i was a drunk at a bar. Incredibly rude, dehumanizing, and disrespectful. Something that you used to be able to walk in for and get done in 15 minutes, now requires that you meet all of core providers unnecessary , idiotic conditions while being subservient and taking orders.Just go ANYWHERE else if its not major
The doctors are great the nurses are great. However I think there is difficulty on their end for making phone calls to remind appointments that were made months in advance. Most places do so. Then again I should be able to remember my own appointments.
Always a great experience...pleasant..knowledgeable. ..appts available
You can get into a another Dr. In less then half the time. Waited a month to get appointment then day before I got a call and pushed appointment 2 weeks later. I called my insurance company and the got me in with another Dr. Not in core physician a week later. I will never use core physician again.
Billing is not proper, they turned my yearly physical checkup appointment into an office visit and I have to pay for it now.
Horrible!
