I cant believe Dr. Pickett is in still in practice because what happened to me couldnt possibly be an isolated incident. Lets just say it involved a 2 finger exam following surgery in a place nowhere near my surgical site. It was completely inappropriate and now, 16 years later, Im still humiliated to even think about it. Good luck with this one and Id be careful being alone in a room with him.

Dr Pickett has been my doctor for more than 30 years and has taken care of my family as well. He is proactive on treatment and has caught things well before other specialists have at times. He is compassionate and caring. I trust him completely with my health and health of my husband and children. .

My grandmother and parents had him has a doctor. Dr. Pickett is one of the best doctors I have known. He is a caring and compassionate doctor. He listens to his patients and he never gives up on his patients. He was the reason my grandmother lived another 3 years after he become her doctor. The only reason why he is no longer their doctor is because my grandmother passed and my parents moved.

My name is Michael Hamilton i am 40 years old and I was born completely club footed I have arthrights in my ankles so bad my working career is almost over I seen Dr George Santosh a orthopedic Dr.he said nothing can be dont to fix them.id be living on pain meds mostly then would not prescribe them.So I set an appointment with Dr Picket in Excelsior springs he said the same thing . My ankles are so bad I could barely make it in the office. When I discussed maybe getting something to help with the pain to hold me over till I got my 2nd opinion on the 4/27/17 from another Orthopedic surgeon. I felt like i was being insulted and accused of being some kind of addict by the way he spoke to me. My question is when do Dr get to follow their Hippocratic Oath when it suits them .I have missed two day work cause of this and still have problems walking to the bathroom or making food. Oh yeah forgot to mention he took 45 in cash and charged my insurance 500 more .(Summary I am in extreme pain still got called an addict BUT NO WORRIES DR PICKETT GOT PAID SO HE DONT HAVE TO WORRY BOUT LOSING his CAR OR HOUSE) like the patients that pay out their hard earned just to get told no you dont get help. So no I would never recommend Dr Picket to any one for nothin for him to pass his personal bias on me because of my past is unethical unprofessional and against the oath he took to give his patients comfort and ease My opinion he has no compassion or the ability to care for other people or he wouldnt leave them in so much pain they use a bucket to go to the bathroom in cause walking 15 feet to the bathroom hurts to bad Thank you Dr Picket may your health and wellness be as fortunate as mine and you piss your self in bed cause you cant make it to the stool. Yours truly Michael E Hamilton
