The city had to cut the street open to fix a valve in the water line. Instead of patching the hole, they put rocks over it. I live on N Titus, which is pretty busy (and people fly by). Anyway, I was out in my yard the other day and got hit by a rock when a car sped on by. I called the city and told them and they came up with a solution. They swept all the Rocks back up to the hole and put this plate on it. Its noisy and the plate isnt even covering the hole. Well this is what it looks like today and the rocks are all over the street. I cant park my car on the curb for fear of getting pelted with rocks.
