Very nice and knowledgeable about your cares

I left a message early in the morning for a possible same day appointment. Called back in the afternoon noticed that the Voicemail had been changed to out to lunch. I finally I get a callback from Crystal, I explained to her that Im concerned that my toe maybe broken she gives me a long term appointment much later in the week...when I explained my urgency. Her attitude was rude, and she didnt care when I told her that I would go someplace else. I recommend this woman be trained in customer service? I would like to to that Dr. Gerst values all of his patients. Im very disappointed with the customer service provided by Crystal.

Dr. Gerst is beyond EXCELLENT!!!
