Okay.. So im not really a dude you would think could throw axes.. I didnt think I was either. After the two hours of tournament and mini games with Family and our coach I was hitting where I wanted with accuracy and having a blast. I hit a Clutch and got to sign the Axe and everything. I would HIGHLY recommend this. And if you happen to enjoy Beer.. They have more than 10 different kinds of amazing brews. Raspberry Banana sour? Couldnt have been better if I drank it out of the Holy Grail. 9/10 Would take friends or a date there. Only thing there were missing was food.

Our group of 4 had an awesome time! Josh was a great coach and we will definitely be coming back. Only thing we were sad about was that it’s an hour for 4 people, but that won’t hinder our review.

He is engaging, informative, and fun. If you can, get Galaxy as your coach.Lastly, great local beer selection.

First time ever axe throwing, my boyfriend took me on a whim. Harder than it looks but we had a fun time! The staff is really friendly, clean facility and very safety conscious. We had Marco as our instructor and he was great. He was patient with us as we learned to throw (mostly me) and made us feel comfortable. We liked playing the mini games and had a lot of laughs. Will definitely come back and bring friends.

Definitely would do this again.. plenty of fun and amazing staff... great way to learn or to sharpen your skills on axe throwing 🔪.

Coach Abby was super nice and had lots of competitive games for us to try. Throwing axes turned out to be very fun. The cider was awesome too! Well worth your time.

Revolution Axe Throwing is an amazing experience! All the staff are very nice and love what they do. They go over all the rules and regulations carefully and are great at teaching you how to throw the axe. They also have a small beverage selection of local craft beers. They did a good job making their guests fee save for Covid too. I will definitely be going back! It was so much fun!

Was a super solid time. I was in a group of 4 and we had Cam as a coach. He was giving us constant helpful tips and cracking jokes with us the entire time. A solid dude. Id recommend more than an hour. 60 minutes seemed short even with just 4 of us and two targets (2 people throwing at a time). Id definitely do it again

Bullseye! Rev Axe has it all: great venue, great coaches (ours was Olivia who modified my “technique” and had me throwing (mostly) bullseyes within minutes), great beer (Nightshift), great vibe. They even ordered in pizza for us! Definitely will return on next trip to Boston.

I was forced to go this past weekend. Thinking throwing axes at a board was silly! Come to find out I’m a big fan of the game. Coach Sean was super helpful with teaching us how to play the game. The process was super simple from the reservation, checking in, learning the rules, and getting drinks at the bar. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful to my group members that werent so good at throwing axes. A little pricey, but overall worth the money spent on a good fun night out. I would love to come and watch the league nights as it dies take some skill to hit their mark every throw.

We held a company party for 15 people on Saturday night and we had a blast! The staff (particularly Greg) were exceptional in helping with the reservation and working with us as the group size continuously changed! They even made a trophy for us to award to the winner of the tournament! The instructors (Jack and I forget the other guys name) were so helpful and patient and fun! I think well be back again as a company and definitely know most people will be returning again on their own. Thanks for a great experience!!!

The only thing I did NOT like is revolution has a staff member (a coach) control, critique, and comment with your group the ENTIRE time youre there. I found it pretty annoying that they dont leave you alone to just throw and enjoy your time with your friends or date. Ive been to many other axe throwing places and all the others give you a brief safety and throwing lesson, then leave you alone to throw. Not Revolution, the entire time this guy/coach stood right inbetween both lanes and had something to say with each throw. Over an hour, very annoying.Imagine going bowling and there is a staff member standing next to you on the lane with something cheesy to say after each one of your throws.So if this is the way they will always operate then I will not be going back, Im sorry.

Cool place, great staff! Fun date night idea or team building activity. Also... they have BEER!! Wide selection of craft beers, a few ciders and wine. Be careful not to indulge too much though.. There are Axes being thrown! They have rules to keep it super safe and make everyone comfortable. They have a few snacks but no food so dont go hungry, but be prepared to work up an appetite for after!

Fun time learning to throw an axe

This is a brand new axe throwing spot that opened up in Everett. The atmosphere is so laid back and fun. All the employees love their jobs and really get you into the game. Also just because everyone has fun and you can drink, theyre top concern is all about SAFETY. The employees give you a thorough explanation on how to throw the axes, safely and efficiently. They also explain when to throw, when to get your axes and most importantly when to drink. Revolution axe is also in the perfect location in Everett. Its right next to sky zone and behind night shift brewery. Also its about a 5 minute drive from the new casino that opened up. Axe throwing is the definitely the new trend and Revolution Axe Throwing is the best spot to become an Axe throwing champion!

Revolution Axe Throwing is exactly what you need: beer, axes, and a coach to make sure youre safe and having a great time.It does sound a bit counter intuitive and unsafe to combine axe throwing and beer, but Revolution has trained coaches to help make sure that youre comfortable with what youre doing and also go out of their way to provide advice as to how to improve.Whether you want to rally a bunch of friends or go with colleagues for a team building activity, I would highly recommend coming to Revolution Axe Throwing to experience it!

So much fun! We decided to try Axe Throwing on a whim, went to straight to google and found Revolution. This place is a bit of hidden gem in the industrial park behind Night Shift Brewing but it is so worth it. We had an excellent trainer that was super enthusiastic and concerned about our safety and fun the entire time. Instead of just axe throwing for target practice the team takes the sport a step further and creates games and competition for your enjoyment. We didnt try any food (snacks) but we did try some of their great beer and wine choices.Some might be hesitant about the alcohol+axes combination. The team very closely monitors alcohol consumption to ensure everyones safety which is highly appreciated. Fun was had by all and afterwards we cooled down with a delicious Cabernet. 5/5. Will definitely be back.

Had a great time this afternoon at Revolution Axe! Newly opened it was a great stop on our Boston vacation weekend.Awesome environment and atmosphere. Josh was a great coach and our whole group had a ton of fun.Excited to go back on our next visit to Boston!

I didnt hear of this place before going there. What i learned is that is best to reserve your time. Also the trainer stays with you the whole time, may be for safety reasons?. But for my first time, i was glad because he kept pointing how I could improve. It isnt as simple as it looks. Also beers are about 6 bucks. We were two and we pay 25 per person for one hour. It was a good experience.

At first I was really nervous about throwing an axe, but the trainers at Rev Axe are so helpful and make you feel so safe and capable!!! The atmosphere there is so cool and there is a great beer selection (with super funny descriptions) of local brews. Such a fun place, definitely will be back!!!!

I dropped off my boyfriend and his friends for a bday group. They raced about what a fun and unforgettable experience it was and how their coach made it even better and more competitive!Only 3 stars because the staff at check in was far from friendly. He was very rude and demanded my ID even though I told him I was not participating and just dropping off my boyfriend and wanted to pay because it was his bday. The staff demanded my ID and lectured me on how I can’t be in the building in a condescending tone and I had to tell him twice “I know I’m just paying and leaving”. He just needs to learn how to approach customers better. We’ll definitely be going to the place in Somerville next time.

This was my first time axe throwing so I was a little nervous. But we had an awesome coach (houston) who had my wife and I nailing bullseyes in no time! Also the space has an upbeat vibe while hanging out between turns, and with night shift brewing around the corner you make a great afternoon out of a visit to Everett.
