Professional and timely. Doctor Kimbrough was easy to talk to and guided me through options. Got me scheduled for a surgery and Covid test inside ten days. They handled my insurance communications and called me promptly to let me know. That is not typical based on more than a dozen surgeries Ive had.Doctor was recommended by my other ENT, who is a too notch doctor as well. Very happy and highly recommend.

I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment but didnt get into the room until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I asked the medical assistant about how long I might be waiting to see the doctor. She said, I dont know. Youre next. I then let her know that we were already sitting at almost an hour after my appointment time and that I needed to pick my child up from school soon. Ergo, I kinda need to have an idea of how long it might take. Her response? Actually, were only 45 minutes past your appointment and you can just go ahead and reschedule before walking out of the room. I waited in the room for another 15 minutes before I actually saw the doctor...who wasnt exactly friendly, either.I would not recommend people visit this place if they have any other options.
