Beautiful Building. Great staff

My fiance was a patient there. When Covid 1st hit a year ago, she told me that her roommate was positive but still in the same room. That staff was testing positive as well.I awoke to a 7am call that she had a 104 fever & was unresponsive. When I asked which hospital they sent her to, I was told that they DIDNT know.Once I had her belongings, her debit card & other personal belongings were missing.Besides the Covid, I REALLY wouldnt recommend this facility. We had been looking for a new one just before Covid hit. Any time that I spoke with any staff members, I really got the feeling that she was just someone they were making money off of.STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LONG TERM CARE.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ben and the team here for getting my brother in law set up with a device so I can video call with him. Living out of state has made this time even harder, and the video chats have been a big help.When we spoke this week he said the building is pretty nice and the food is almost as good as my sisters. Not sure if that is a good thing, or means her coming has gotten worse. Either way, the smile on his face says it all.Please thank your hard-working staff. God Bless.

My mom has been at Everett almost since the start of Covid. Since nobody is allowed inside during Covid, its been hard on us all. Yet the facility staff has been super supportive. Since I use FaceTime, they provide her with an apple device so we can communicate daily.At times she feels lonely, but the social worker in this facility has really tried to cheer her up, and has been so helpful. My best friend, who was in the Army with me for 3 years, is a resident at Everett. Thankfully, they are one of the local facilities that accept VA, as he has been quite happy there.I have yet to see him in person, but he reports that the building is clean, and the staff are amazing.COVID has been hard on us. He lost his wife a few years ago, and we really only have each other left. We email and call each other almost daily, and his condition is improving. He said thanks to the rehab team, he may even be home by the end of this month!Way to go!

The staff have been amazing. My uncle loves them. I dropped some clothing off last week, and got to wave to him from outside. I miss him but know hes in good hands. He calls me daily to say hi. Thanks everyone!

The activities department is amazing! My uncle is in the building for rehab of his arm and he told me he loves everyone. Thank you for helping him heal in comfort!

I keep seeing posts saying things about the staff not wearing masks etc.As someone who lives on the block of the facility I can say with certainty that this is false!Keep in mind, once OUTSIDE of the facility, staff are not required to wear a mask, since they are no longer in the facility.I never see anyone walk in our out without a mask on.Perhaps one of my neighbors is spewing hate, but my husband and I know some of the staff there. They are hard-working, caring people.A friend of ours was there for rehab this year too!

Thanks for getting me better! Ill miss you all, but Im glad to be back home and able to use my arm fully again. Youre the best!!!

The building is so nice. I loved being there. Made so many friends! The administrator Ben even called to check in on me after I went home.

I am a resident here and the building is beautifully done, and the staff are always so nice to me. I especially love Kathy, whenever I need my funds I know she is there for me. Thanks!!

Great staff! They care deeply, and the facility is beautiful. The best place for a loved one by far. And the building is newly redone.

The social worker Nicole is the best! She is always willing to help. She is great with the residents.She was so nice to my ex and to me as well.Chad the director would make calls for Bob when he would be anxious or worried about me. For example if I was late for a visit.Most of the staff is friendly.The activity director tried to make the dining room festive. She would have it decorated for holidays, fathers day, mothers day, and other days like super bowl and birthdsys.

Building is so old and dirty. You can not call yourself a nursing home. Horrible!

BEWARE! Staff DOES NOT WEAR MASKS in this building. This place should not be allowed to stay open during this pandemic.

My Father died of Sepsis under their care. It went untreated for 8 days upon discovery he was sent to a different Hospital than what they called to tell us. He dies before I could get there. 4 weeks later no calls from Bea Sprigs the Director, Cathy in Accounting or Chad the Assistant Director. I am owed $7,400 in refund and they have been skirting me for 4 weeks. I have ow called The Attorney Generals Office and I am working with Consumer Response Advocacy. I had been out of the Country while my Dad was ill. They never faxed over his DNR form which was in his file and he was intubated after being brain dead causing us to have to make the horrible choice of taking him off life support while he slowly passed 2 days later after the series of mistakes made by this facility. They are the worst. Dirty , filthy and they steal and taunt patients. I have seen it with my own eyes.

Mongooses(mongeese?) running loose in halls. Weekly elder abuse competitions. Streaking not allowed (boo hiss). Bad vibes harshed my mellow bra.

The staff really cares!The building is clean!My laundry is folded for me (what can I say, Im lazy!)And the staff smiles, even though its almost impossible to see sure to the masks.

This company does not pay its bills. We own a firm that provided a group exercise program to the seniors at this facility and have never received payment for it. The management does not respond to our requests for payment, nor does the accounts payable department or activities staff. None of them will answer the phone, and the executive director has not responded to our e-mail.

Was at the building the other day. NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER WAS WEARING A MASK. What a dangerous place. I pray for the patients inside.

I dont think that his facility even deserves the 1 star. A friend was placed here and over the 6+ years of her residence they have continually over-billed, sent incorrect bills, ignored requests for financial printouts of patient accounts and not followed strict instructions about the care of patient and accounts. Patient had bed sores never reported to myself or her care advocate. Clothing disappeared all the time, refused to reimburse patient for it. Generally very poor accounting and managerial departments. When incorrect bills were sent it was ALWYS in the nursing homes favor - never the patients.

The only thing this place has going for them is their receptionist Gina. This place smells horrible, their medication isnt fully locked up, they do NOT take care of their patients. I can NOT wait to get my father far away from this disgusting dirty place.
