All staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies did a great job helping us scheduling a visit for our son, that fit our schedule.Dr. Blow is very caring and did a great job finding the issues that were causing my son discomfort. She asked very good questions and was extra patient with an active 2 year old in the room. Not a second we felt judged or misunderstood.Within 2 weeks after Dr. Blows prescriptions and dairy restrictions my son felt so much better. Were very blessed we decided to consult Dr. Blow for our issues and it made our family life so much easier.Thank you so very much from the whole family

I first went to mcquinn naturopathic because of a stomach disorder caused by an infection. Doctor Lehman was very knowledgable and set a plan for me to take herbal and natural remedies to help with my healing. I had seen doctors and had acupuncture. I had almost lost all hope and was in very bad shape. I was desperate and willing to try anything. My doctors told me.that I would always have this problem, but I could take medication to relieve the symptoms. Doctor Lehman believed we could resolve the whole issue without medication. Our family recently transferred to McQuinn for pediatrics. The staff and Dr. Blow are very sweet and patient with our kids. Dr. Blow has been very instrumental in finding triggers for eczema and helpful with resolving allergies. Whitewater rafting is one of my passions. Because it is a hard job and Ive had some injuries in the past crashing on my dirt bike, gymnastics and not to mention the emotional baggage we tend to store in our bodies, some days I am in so much pain I cant get up off the floor or out of bed. I have been on a mission to heal myself for many years studying natural health. I happened to stroll into McQuinn Naturopathic and I was always curious about acupuncture so I decided to give it a try. I was very impressed with the atmosphere of the facility, the staff was friendly and Dr William Duarte was awesome! I woke up the last 2 days without being stiff and in pain!! I went into my appointment feeling like I got hit by a train and left about an hour later feeling like I was walking in the clouds =) Thank you all at the facility for your help!!

Dr Rhiddi Blow is a compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough provider. She has been a great asset to my quest for good health and has assisted me tremendously to that end over the past several years. The front office receptionists are rude and impoliteThey will not help with answering questions or with figuring out what coverage we have. Then one got very snotty on the phone yelling over me then hanging up since that call i have tried reaching out to mcquinns office multiple times to not only be ignored but not even put on hold or contacted back. I know it has something to do with said receptionist. Extremely unprofessional if i could give zero stars i would.

Love this place! Dr. James Drake has great bedside manner and actually cares. Moved here and had negative experience with the local corporate doctor referral factory so looked for an alternative and was lucky enough to find this gem. Nothing but positive experiences for me and the family.

I’m very happy with Dr Sandi Sambrano. She takes the time to listen, answer questions and truly focus on the issues compared to test results. I’m already noticing an improvement in some of my health symptoms.

The Comfort level that I needed was fulfilled here. I felt like I was walking into a spa environment. Very peaceful very calming. When I got my blood taken it was so relaxing so assuring and just really a loving environment. Doctor blow is understanding and listens to all the needs that I have. Appointments are more of a therapeutic session for my health & Body. Which is exactly what I needed. Theres no 15 20 or 30 minute appointments here. I was really hoping to love this place but Dr. Blow refuses to directly answer important questions about mask mandates and how McQuinn selectively applies the rules. I was refused a blood test because I cannot wear a mask anymore, yet children are exempted from this. I changed my following appointments to telemedicine and continued to try to get answers from Dr Blow and she continued to dodge explanations for why exceptions could be made for some people and not for me. I also have it on good authority that she allowed another adult patient of hers with asthma to take off her mask and yet I am told there will be no exceptions. After lots of back and force and evasive replies, I told her that I could not trust her anymore for all of the contradictions and cancelled my future appointments. Find another practitioner who can just answer questions honestly and courageously. They can’t seem to do that here. Why would you trust your health to an institution like that? And, if you are trying to avoid the disconnected approach of western medicine, this is just one of their mini-me’s in disguise. Go elsewhere!

Dr Blow is amazing to work with. She really listens and cares and remembers important things about you. She always makes you feel comfortable and is open and honest with any commentary or expected outcomes. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a warm, welcoming, and trusting relationship with your doctor.

The team here is absoluting amazing! From the great customer service at the front desk to the caring doctors and everyone in between. You can tell that everyone at McQuinn are genuine and honestly care about the patients, as well as the experience, and quality of service their patients receive. I have never felt rushed through my doctors office visits or like a number. I adore Dr. Blow and have been so pleased that my very first encounter several years ago with Naturopathic medicine has been a positive one.

LOOK NO FURTHER McQuinn Naturalpathic is where you want and need to be! I know this a long review but please read.So, if anyone notices that I marked 4 stars and did not leave a review on their website is because I do not leave reviews and had no idea what I was doing.This facility and staff deserve my time like no other. This review is a long time overdue, but life as we know happens. My story is long and will attempt to make it as brief as possible. Just know that YOU are in the RIGHT spot if you are reading this. Dr. William Duarte saved my life! In 2016, I went from being a hard working, physically active, mom and wife to not walking, to not being able to talk or use my arms or hardly keep my eyes open. I was a living breathing vegetable. My husband would have to carry me to the bathroom, change my diapers you name it he had to do it all because well something was wrong with me but multiple , Neurologists, Spine specialist, Rheumatologist, Ear Nose Throat Specialist, Dermatologist, PCP, long hospital stays, Physical Therapist and who knows how many others I seeked help from. I am TERRIFIED of the medical system PTSD. My first visit I was wheeled in on a chair, eyes could not open and I can not speak let alone barely hold my body up. Dr. Duarte out of all the doctors I have seen is the 1st one to read through my medical record that is the size of a mini bible. I started to cry at the fact that someone took the time to really get an idea of what he was working with. He did a technique I believe called the Lightning Injection holy heck did that hurt but who knew working on old incisions could make such a huge difference. He also adjusted my neck. At this point I was 30 days of not speaking or being able to communicate with my family, or hardly move. I left in happy tears and the next day Fathers Day 2017, I heard my first words Can you hear me? My husband came around the corner in disbelief, I was in shock, let me say it is crazy to hear your own voice after a month of silence. I stood up, did a little stretch and my voice went out. My husband reached out to Dr. D and told him what had happened, so we got back in and started on our long road to recovery. From there we started our journey of healing. Once I was up and going I was introduced to Dr. Sandi Sambrano and let me tell you I have two “Angles” working to heal me. Dr. Sandi and Dr. Duarte are so compassionate, empathetic, genuine, caring - I want to help my patient that you will be hard pressed to find anywhere, especially in WA. I was about to write a glowing review about Dr. McQuinn and her staff, but then I saw a negative review below. Id like to say this clinic is absolutely fantastic, but I would also like the veteran below to heed my words. I too served my country, I am a 100% disabled veteran, and I have a slew of health problems and have to seek care outside the VA system for several things due to their inefficiencies. How you have characterized this clinic is shameful. You DO have to pay the doctor, and You DO have to pay the lab. This is no fault of theirs. For you to whine about almost dying for your country on google reviews is irrelevant and pathetic in this situation. Show some dignity on how you represent the veteran community. Dr. McQuinn, from this combat veteran, thank you for all the great care you provide.

Dr. blow was my dr in 2016 and she was fantastic! I originally gave them a one star because of a billing issue but their new billing department found out the issue and is making it correct. I appreciate a company that takes reviews as serious as they do. They not only redeemed themselves but they gave me assurance that their company will always do the right thing even after I was not so nice. Thanks McQuinn and the staff!

I found Dr. Blow by asking my insurance to help me find a natropath that excepted our insurance. she is a God send. I had been recently diagnosed with hashimotos by a different natropath . I asked my childrens pediatrician to check them because it can be genetic. They both have hashimotos too. Their pediatrician sent a referral to an endocrinologist who said the wait list was 6 months! Dr. Blow has us all in the right direction and I couldnt be happier. I spent 3 years going to doctors and getting no answers for my symptoms. I go to a natropath and within 10 minutes of talking to me drew up bloodwork for me and found out what was really happening to me. I cannot say enough about my gratitude towards naturopathy. Its comforting knowing I have a doctor who really listens to me.

Im a disabled veteran who fought 3 tours. And almost died for my country. I came to this clinic to have testosterone tested. After lots of hidden fees. I paid close to 400 dollars. But a month later got a bill in the mail. Quest Diagnostics stating I owe close to 500 for test results. This place is crooked and dishonest. My advice would be to run away while you can. Unless you are willing to throw your money away. And never get any help or results. Do your research dont get burned by these clowns.

Dr Beth is a wonderful Christian Woman who is absolutely amazing with children. She has 3 kids of her own so she knows all the little tricks that an experienced mom/doc learns over the years. She has a teachers heart and never rushes through a visit. Shes more than 5 stars.

I am thankful for Mcquinn Naturopathic! This clinic has literally changed my life! I have experienced internal healing in my body, energy, and mind. My 2 sons, two years old and 4 months old, see Dr. Rhiddi Blow. She is so amazing with them, always kind and always puts them at ease. We have never sat around waiting for her to come in and see us, always very prompt! With a toddler that is so important to me. Every member of the staff I’ve ever met has always been kind and informative with any questions I’ve had. Our doctor has never pushed any unnecessary supplements or prescriptions. I absolute love the patient portal, with 2 children I find I have questions that do not require a visit, so I am able to hop online and send photos of bloated tummy’s or write a quick email about my own milk supply diminishing and she always responds with information about what I can do or if she thinks it requires a visit. I HIGHLY recommend Mcquinn naturopathic. I have never been disappointed with them and plan on this being our primary care for our family for the foreseeable future.

Everyone should read the reviews by the disabled veteran AND ANYONE ELSE WHO HAD BILLING RELATED ISSUES, as I encountered a similar experience recently.Received a bill in the mail from “Quest” for over $200 for some blood lab tests I did 6 months ago. First of all, I tried calling McQuinn’s billing and nobody answered. By the 6th time, 2 hours later, someone finally answers. I tell her about my situation since I know I had paid for an allergy test at their front desk, but she explains I did pay, but this is for other lab tests. Hidden fees??? My doctor told me I might get a bill but it won’t be A LOT. She didn’t disclose these extra fees to me in our exam. Anyway, the lady at the front desk tells me she can’t do anything for me and to call Quest.So I called Quest and thankfully a kind person in customer service helps me figure out what exactly this bill is for and how it breaks down. He tells me originally the bill was over $3000. $3000??? If I knew it would be that much even pre-insurance, I would have never agreed. Thankfully he double checks insurance to see if they can cover some to try and bring my bill down. He returns and lowers my bill to $80. This man is an angel.All in all, don’t trust what they claim they can save you or what you’ll pay, they aren’t billing and they certainly aren’t Quest. I wish they would’ve disclosed all this before all my tests. Who knew bloodwork could end up being $3K?

UPDATE: After my initial review Mcquinn contacted me. They were able to get in touch with Quest about the billing issue. Today I received an email that my bill went from $1,740.00 down to $18.57 This is much more acceptable, and more what the amount should have been. I updated the rating to a 3 star from 1 star because I am grateful that they took my review seriously and cared enough to help, however, it isnt 4 or 5 stars because that care and initiative should have happened before me writing a review.Lengthy but HONEST review of my experience.The vet and all others claiming hidden fees are right and I experienced the same.I was referred to this clinic by a family friend. I have had trouble figuring out why I cant lose weight so after seeing my normal pcp and a nutritionist I decided to check this clinic out. They tell you before your 1st appt. to call your insurance and verify coverage. I did this and made sure I mentioned to my insurance that it was a naturopath. I had covered benefits so I had my first appt. Right away blood work was drawn. At first they seem caring and say they look for the root cause to help you. Fast forward 3 months, 4 supplements (expensive ones they sell), and after 3 visits at this clinic the dr. tells me your body is resisting, I dont know why and it isnt fair. So much for digging to find the root cause of the problem, more like here spend all this money and Ill give you no better information than the many professionals before. At my last appt. I also mentioned to the dr. that I received a bill for the lab work. She stated that sometimes its just that they need to add additional codes and to let her know if this was the case and she would add them, not a problem. So I did this, I called my insurance company to verify why they denied my blood work resulting in me receiving a $1600+ bill. Later a 2nd bill came. My insurance confirmed that the codes the dr. used were not covered codes, as well as 3 claims being submitted for blood work (I had blood drawn 1 time). I sent the dr a message through the portal letting her know that I would in fact need her to do as she said she would and add those codes. The response I got from the dr was that I was mistaking a bill for an EOB (I have worked in healthcare for 4 years, specifically insurance; as well as having a current WA state insurance license. I was not mistaking a bill for an EOB). I responded letting her know that this was incorrect, it was a bill and I needed her to hold up to her word and make it right (adding the additional codes in). The next response I got was - you need to refer all billing questions to the billing department, oh and I checked your account, we still havent received payment for you visit. This right here was the icing on the cake with the unprofessional standards this clinic holds, and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, in fact I will share my experience. I wrote the billing department regarding my concerns and am waiting to hear back. If this clinic follows their word then I will update my review, but until then and as of this moment they are frauds that provide you no better info than your normal dr would and are after thousands of dollars of your hard earned money, even if you have covered insurance.

Doctor Mcquinn and her team are awesome they take plenty of time to figure out and fix the problem. Great down to earth people that listen and care. Reminds me of old school family practice.

You get a thorough level of care and time to really discuss concerns and learn about life change tips and supplements to help give the best all around support. Dr. Mayo , Dr. Blow, and Dr. Mcquinn have all made lasting impacts as I have learned more about my own body and what works and doesn’t work. Even for my kids. They have an amazing team here and I just wish I lived closer to continue my care with Mcquinn. I would recommend any of these doctors as I have seen them strive first hand to give their time, care, their knowledge and best level of patient experience to meet individual needs for numerous patients. I have never had hidden fees and was always made aware before hand -for any lab work needed that wasn’t covered by my insurance . As well as up front costs right away for all of my care while I was there.All in all , the care team here just felt more like a family who all cared about lifestyle and health and not just sending you on your way with medical jargon and some meds. If considering naturopathic care for the first time or have been in naturopathic care , this is definitely a great place to receive some wonderful services for any sort of condition or concerns you may have. Dr.McQuinn really makes sure her patients are taken care of. She not only teaches her patients how to take care of their body, but she also shows them why. She puts things in perspective for patients and has a heart to take care of people and make sure they are healthy.

These people basically saved my life. I mean not in the sense that I was almost dead, but in another sense. I was suffering from severe dizziness, nause, indigestion for a year. I was bedridden for 20 hours a day and it was just getting worse and worse. I had had a mri, seen numerous er and primary care physicians and even a couple neurologists. They did not know why I had my issues and couldnt offer actual solutions or even much symptom relief. I felt like at 25 years old, my life was over....so I decided enough was enough and went here. A few people i knew had recommended a naturopath, I was so desperate I was willing to try almost anything. I dont believe I saw Dr.McQuinn, but her associate. I had never been to a naturopath before and did not have a lot of faith in much at this point, I figured it would be quacky (boy was I wrong). She quickly figured out it may be food related and gave me a bunch of vitamins as well as a new diet to adhere to and a way to figure out what food sensitivities I may have. Within three days, I was 70% better. I wish my insurance covered naturopathic care, I plan on saving up to go back for all of my other health conditions. I cannot speak higher of my visit, they saved my livelihood. :) THANKYOU to all of the staff!!! It makes me want to cry with gratitude.
