Got a 30 min massage and it was great. Good pressure and everyone was really welcoming and nice. Walked right in and they had someone available, which was nice. Will be back

I got a Groupon, I have alot of body pain and need massages regularly, but they get expensive after awhile. Neck, shoulder, and lower back is what was concentrated on. The place is nice and clean, nice and dark and calming... I didnt realize I would get a male masseuse, or I wouldve stated I wanted a female, (personal preference, just Incase people have the same preference I would make a request before making an appointment) massage was good, they did talk me into cupping which was a 15 dollar extra charge. It was super painful, the ones on my back stopped hurting after a little bit, but the other ones on my arm were unbearable and I was so tense it kinda ruined my relaxed state. I def wont ever be getting that again, left bruised marks all over my body which I still have the bruising and had this done on the 28th of August and its the 7th today. I might try the hot stones not sure, but overall massage was great!

My massage was AMAZING! My friend booked us a couples massage as treat and my person was a male. He was really intuitive in knowing where to add pressure and even did pressure points along my body. This helped to relax my muscles. After my massage, I felt lighter. I will definitely be going back here. It’s a bit of a drive for me but I would say it was one of my top massages I have received so it was worth the drive.

Really enjoy this place! Got the couples 60 minute deep tissue with hot stone and aromatherapy 💚 absolutely loved it! They are very kind and courteous with great attention to detail. Everything was clean and covid compliant as well. I think it was a fantastic price too. A+ first visit, definitely going back again.

I am visiting from out of town but heard this place was highly recommended. I tried to pay ahead of time, but was told to pay after. After I dressed down,. I was surprised to hear a mans voice as my LMT entered the room. He spoke little English, but apparently knows what he is doing. He is very good! He spent a lot of time on some of the sore areas, but because I was concerned about running out of time before other areas got worked on, I frequently mentioned that he needed to move on. He would mumble something unintelligible, but then keep working the same area over and over. So, Id have to point to where else I needed the work. I finally communicated to him that it was time to turn over. He briefly worked my legs and stomach then announced TIME IS OVER. He forgot to use a hot towel to wipe off oil from my abs, so I asked for one. The receptionist came in and asked if I wanted more time. I replied no, I just want the oil wiped off. Done.When I came out to pay, she told my my bill was $15 higher because we had gone overtime! She said I had kept asking for more time. Never! I just had other areas that needed work. She is the only one who inquired as to whether I wanted more time, and not until we were already 20 minutes over! Hey, when we are face down, we cannot see the clock!So, I left a little disgruntled, not because the massage was bad--it was great! But, I dont like $15 surprises! So, if you go there, communicate well! Make sure they know what you want done! Dont let them quietly go into overtime and then charge you for it!

Let’s just say my body hurts more then when I actually went in for the massage. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll get: 50% oil rubbing (like, literally when I lotion my kids after their bath and that’s it), 25% stretching (what the, huh? it was so painful I just wanted the “massage” to be over with), and 25% pressure on your body/squeezing. There was no actually massaging, nothing really. The most enjoyable part was having a hot towel wipe the oil off. I would not call this a massage nor would I ever return, even with a Groupon.

I love this massage place, its a hidden gem. For anyone complaining about massages being too rough, they usually do deep tissue massages and you can express that you want a gentler massage. Also I saw another ridiculous review on here complaining about cupping leaving bruising... Did you even bother researching what cupping is? It is meant to leave bruises on you and they heal fairly quickly depending on how tense you are in those areas and how much accumulation of toxins you have. It can be uncomfortable while the cups are on but your body adjusts after a few minutes and you get used to the discomfort.After a deep tissue massage you are meant to feel sore for a bit but feel great the following days after. Stop writing bad reviews for services you yourself do not fully understand. The mandatory tip is kind of annoying but their prices are already pretty low so it does not seem unfair. The place is nothing fancy but the quality of the massage and the price is worth it. It is hard to communicate to some of the masseuses due to language barrier but tell the person at the desk your exact expectations and they will make sure you are taken care of.They have both male and female masseuses both young and old, you can simply tell them your preferences instead of accepting the massage and then complaining about it in the reviews afterwards. I prefer this short old Asian woman she was phenomenal. I forgot to ask her name I was too relaxed afterwards to think straight.They are also super accommodating with appointments Ive shown up last minute before and they have still taken me.I was not paid to write this review I just love coming to this spot and its a shame yall are hating.

Was ok. They were accomodating but My masseuse seemed to not be very experienced and spoke almost no English at all, so communicating was difficult. I received pretty much no massage on my feet or head. Had to pay upfront, including tip. There is a prominent sign that requests you pay a minimum $15 tip. Gross misunderstanding of what a tip is - if youre going to require it then just include it in the price of the service. Finally I had to insist 3 times that I was being cut short of a full 60 minutes until the manager checked the time log and agreed I was correct.

I went in for a 60 min Swedish massage. The place did not smell pleasant at all, the lady who did my massage was the one at the front desk and she did not communicate well at all. She did not use oil, only a tiny tiny amount at the beginning of the massage, my entire body was sore the next day. She didn’t speak English well so I couldn’t really communicate anything with her. Overall was a terrible experience, waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place.

Good massage, weird service. Got a Groupon but was told verbally after that $15 tip was mandatory for each massage. Card machine wasn’t working, employee proceeded to write down card info with name, card number, cvc, exp date and expected that we would be ok with leaving all my card info written down with them and asked to drive to a bank get tip at an atm.

We found this place on Groupon. Got the couples massage and it was amazing. I got an older man that was wonderful. Worked out some crazy knots I didn’t even know I had! It was a mix of Thai massage and Swedish. And he even washed the oil off of me with a warm wet towel that felt very-much-so a part of the massage. Hope to return very soon!

Our couples massage.. Had to give it only 3 stars... simply bc of TWO important factors! You do not get the full 60 minutes!! Not only did the session end14 minutes early, BUT...due to the fact we got Hot Stone Therapy as a add-on, our Massage Masseuse kept leaving for 1 to 3 minutes... at a time, to reheat the stones.When you arrive they have you fill out a form and ask what body parts you want the focus to be, also asking you to list the desired pressure amount... During our massage they failed to do what was listed, so our sore body parts we wanted to be worked out... got neglected. My hubby is a construction worker with a sore knee, so this was also disappointing!!IMPORTANT FACTS.

I got a Groupon voucher for a 60 minute massage and added on hot stones. The front desk receptionist convinced me to try cupping therapy for the first time as well as an add on. The massage was going well and relaxing until the cupping portion. The cupping was immediately incredibly painful and I asked the masseuse to take them off. The masseuse didn’t speak English, and I had to speak into his phone for him to understand. I don’t know how long the cups were on for, but my back was covered in baseball-sized swollen welts. When I was checking out, the receptionist who spoke English was not there so I paid and left in tears from pain. I was crying for hours afterwards because the pain was so intense. I called and asked for aftercare advice and was told the pain is normal. Other LMT and cupping therapy practitioners have seen the affects of the cupping on my body and responded that it was not done properly. It was incredibly unfortunate that the cupping ruined what could have been a very relaxing massage.

Purchased a Groupon for an hour and a half couples massage, couldnt beat the price and very flexible scheduling.After checking in and the high pressure sales pitch of additional services, we were escorted to the room where we waited over 20 minutes for them to enter. My massage started out great, the lady had the perfect amount of pressure with slow and even movement. 15 minutes later our door opens, followed by continuous talking, loud banging as they sorted the cupping cups, and suddenly my masseuse was replaced by a young man. His pressure was light and ticklish with uneven movements but once he tried more pressure, it became awkwardly uncomfortable. Using just his elbow rather than forearm. Him and the other lady talked amongst themselves throughout the remainder of our message.. As stated in many reviews, they do stand, hover, and even stand on their tip toes to see gratuity as youre writing it!!! Very uncomfortable, especially when they smile and nod at each other but never express a thank you.I was never given the name of the first lady to request her in the future so I will not be returning to Rose Massage.

Went for a couples massage and had a great experience! Left feeling super relaxed and all my tension was gone.

The masseuses here are very kind, thorough, and use good technique. Based on my experience, if you go for a relaxation massage, the technique that is being employed is not Swedish but rather the term Swedish massage is just being used as a term to equate that it is a relaxation massage. (I have also tried deep tissue). I experienced some techniques that I swear were based on the principles of Shiatsu but that is not entirely it. They used some techniques that I am totally not familiar with, but it doesnt really matter because they were highly effective. The whole point is that I come out of each massage feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and my problem areas loosened up. If you can keep an open mind, totally ignore the possible language barrier if it comes up, and always always let them know how you would like your massage (I notice that people complain that their massage was not good but masseuses are not mind readers so you always need to let them know how you would like to be touched), the experience can be very good for you. The warm towel at the end is always such a great treat. Vivian and Michelle are fantastic.

I asked for cupping and my masseuse started using hot stone, I tried to correct him, I REALLY WANTED CUPPING!! There must have been a language barrier because he kept repeating hot stone after numerous request to do cupping.I also wanted a swedish massage and this was no where near it swedish style. My feet were not massaged and the woman told me thats not part of the body massage.... what?

I always feel better after my visit. My Swedish massage was amazing. I had Sasa. She was amazing although more a Chinese massage rather than Swedish. Very relaxing

I injured my neck a while back in a dirt bike crash & gymnastics. Sometimes I wake up in extreme pain to the point of migraines. This was the only place who had an opening last min. Julia & Daisy were very kind & helpful & got me right in. A 90min full body massage felt great. Its not your typical massage @ a large scale practitioner but definitely worth trying out. Next time Ill go in before the pain gets to a 10.
