Horrible!!! I was told that not.only did I have to pay first, but that the tip was $20. I dont mind that, but the tip is supposed to be based on how good the massage AND the service was! I sometimes tip $30 or more if I get a great massage but I also am a stickler for service. And all these reviews are accurate. I understand maybe they get people who may have stiffed them, but they should at the very least let people do their own tip. Why would we want to pay a predisposed tip and then run the chance that the massage not be that good?! And thats not even mentioning the snotty way I was getting treated just for asking what the difference for the different massages were! She told.me $60 for an hour on the phone and then said $70 when I walked in. Maybe they should work on being nicer to their customers. And tip should be based on how the customer felt treated and the quality of massage. I work in the food industry and I know massaging is tiring. But youd be surprised how quickly you can lose customers just by your attitude. My daughter and I left when she said yes tip is $20 and I said Oh I usually tip after the massage. And she said No you tip now! Never going there. Instead I went across the street to China Foot Massage. Much nicer and they dont make you pay before and they dont tell you what the tip is. And they gave my daughter and I candies and water. Much more nice to us than the snooty ladies.

The massage was very unique from others Ive had. Very relaxing. Very soothing and on every single muscle. Aggressive carnage masseuse.

Same thing as another reviewer - I was asked to pay before the massage but oddly....*after* I was led to the massage room and not up front at the register when I came in. It was clear she thought I wasnt going to pay and she pretended not to understand english when I asked her why I was paying before the service. While I was getting a massage, I heard someone else finish up their massage and pay at the end. She also left the room multiple times in the middle of my massage and had conversations with someone in another room during my massage, yelling from our room. I would fully expect that from one of the massage spots downtown that charge $30/hr but not from a $60 massage. In hindsight, I should have walked out before it started but I had no other time to get a massage. Spend your money elsewhere.

Good massage, you can tell them what kind you want or what area to focus on. Lady in charge is nice. Employees might play up the language barrier to charge a little more. They ask for the tip to include in the total charge instead of letting you add it when you sign.

They told me to pay prior to receiving services, which I found bizarre. I thought maybe they thought I couldnt pay for it.
